Take the little ferry boat from the old harbour to the island of Lokrum and wander in the olive groves, visit the Renaissance mansion ruins and gardens - site of Game of Thrones filming, the castle/tower on the hill and a few little cafes. Our family also like to go there to swim and sunbathe on days Dubrovnik is busy. We love our walks in the sweet smelling pine forests with beautiful views back over to the old city.

Paradise Island. Rich history. Game of thrones museum. Medieval monestery. Wonderful rocky beaches. Swimming in the Salt lake (Dead sea). Lovely walks.
