Just down the road there is Departure Bay beach and park. Right across the street you will also find a kids play water park.

Swimming, Kayaking or any non motor water sports are perfect on these calm waters. Watch the ferries go in and out of the bay as you take a stroll along the sea wall, picnic, play in the playground or enjoy a cup of Joe across the street. Tennis courts, sports fields and children's spray park also located across the street.
