A lovely place – tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed exploring the area. Southwold is a delightful little town full of bakeries, eateries and charming shops – and, of course, there’s the sea! A great find.

Amazing deal from amazing hosts. Ideal location as it is incredibly close to everything you need. Would normally pay a premium for such a place. Tracy was an amazing host and always answered if we had queries or questions. thanks for letting us stay in your cosy house! Perfect for a little break from the norm.

Friendly and helpful hosts, and the property made a great base to explore Great Yarmouth. Free parking outside was a bonus too.

The Old School Room was simply perfect! Everything we needed was provided, the apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. We felt so at home and super comfortable. Upon arrival, Mike was extremely welcoming and Judith was very quick to respond to our messages. The apartment is very well located on a peaceful road overlooking the sea. All in all, an absolute gem of an Airbnb!!

Lovely, peaceful and spacious flat with vintage touches, in a very central location close to restaurants, shops, the seafront and the many walks and places to visit around Aldeburgh. Great for couples or families. Managing Agents very responsive to any requests. Would highly recommend!

Jane was a fantastic host and her place was so lovely. Located right across the promenade, it is in walking distance to nice pubs and restaurants, and the road felt really safe. Everything was clean, the bathroom is spacious, the heating is modern and the decor made us feel right at home. Jane was very responsive to our queries and her proactiveness made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a charming place to stay in Lowestoft!

We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

Katy was a great host, kept in touch & very kind as sent a gift after my mum had a accident. The house is spotless & home from home. Katy has thought of everything you may need. A perfect location with stunning views. Very quite & no problems parking. The french doors at the front of the house is a great idea as you can sit & relax in the sun. We will definately be staying again in the future & have recommended it already to friends

We spent a really enjoyable Easter break with the family at this property. It's a lovely house in a peaceful location and has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout with the highlight being the open plan kitchen which forms the hub of the house. The property is very conveniently located for both the Pier and the shops and other amenities in Southwold. Emma was an excellent host and was very helpful and quick in responding to questions.

We stayed in The Lite House for a family celebration for a couple of 'big' birthdays. The house is by far the best airbnb property we have stayed in. It is spacious but cozy with amazing sea views from the lounge area and master bedroom. It is the ideal house for a family group, with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of comfy seating and close to a pub, restaurant and highly recommended fish and chip shop. We all had a brilliant weekend and would definitely return!

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

Hannah was an amazing host. She communicated a flaw in the chalet with us immediately (bedside lamp in main bedroom not working) but it was no issue at all. Arriving there at night it was pitch black, once i had read the drirections again, properly 😚, the chalet was very easy to find. Everything was as described inside, clean and welcoming. The site was so peaceful. We visit Kessingland to see family so we have a great find here. Definitely be recommending to other relatives. Thank you Hannah x

We had an amazing stay in this charming home! The location was perfect – peaceful and serene, yet just a 10-minute walk to Southwold. The walks across the marshes to the beach were absolutely delightful, especially for our dog who had the best time exploring the beautiful surroundings. The house itself was lovely and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. My son is already asking when we can return – we can't wait to come back!

Perfect location for a family reunion in an old childhood holiday location. Perfectly situated for the Southwold Half Marathon that 3 of us were doing. House is spacious particularly downstairs and accurate in description. Everything clean and tidy and perfect for our needs.

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

The accommodation was very clean and well presented. Great location for everything Great Yarmouth has to offer. Less than 10 minutes to the beach, local park, town centre and places to eat. Fantastic communication from the host too. Thank you, I would highly recommend.

A fantastic apartment right in the heart of town. We booked very last minute (on the day!) after deciding to make the most of a sunny day trip and was lucky to find availability for Kay’s place at the start of the Easter school holidays. Price was reasonable for a last minute booking in peak season. It was lovely and would make a great base for a longer stay. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and powerful hot shower. We didn’t use the kitchen but there was tea and coffee and useful condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup) in the cupboard, which would have been good for longer stays. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute gem of a spot if you want to be close to all the fun at Great Yarmouth, at a great and affordable price too! Lack of parking was easily managed (finding a local car park). Spacious place, even with 4 of us! Clean and tidy! Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Even booked an extra night! Will be back! Thank you! :)

A lovely well equipped apartment central to everything. The main high street literally a 5 min stroll. Liz was very friendly and helped with parking. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything you might need. An Easter egg and lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us on our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.
