Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. This studio unit is attached to my house with a completely separate entrance and pathway giving you total privacy. 5mn walk from Topanga hiking trails (biggest enclosed natural park in a city in the world) 10 mn from Topanga beach , 20 mn to Santa Monica and 20 minutes to Woodland Hills. 420 friendly!
