This beautifully presented and fully refurbished holiday cottage was originally built in 1892 and is situated on the edge of a quiet wooded area above Underhill park. It is a 5 minute walk from the beaches of Rotherslade and Langland and a 10 minute walk to Oystermouth castle and the village of mumbles. It has private parking for 2 vehicles in a double car port. Parking is also available at the roadside above the cottage. Nearby activities: watersports, surfing, fishing, golf, walking.

Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. There is central heating, double glazing, log burner, 42 inch TV with chromecast (cast Netflix etc. from your own device, and wifi.

There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Lounge, kitchen & dining area are open plan providing one large family space. Small private garden with table &chairs.
