Come stay in this hidden gem located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and family room with a sofa bed available if needed. The cottage has a fully equipt kitchen with snacks & drinks available, laundry room with washer & dryer. Wi-Fi & Smart TV. Indoor Front room porch/reading room.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Totally renovated on the inter-coastal waterway. With two porches overlooking the water this is the perfect spot to relax. Walking distance to restaurants and marinas in Thunderbolt (this is on the same side of the bridge as the marinas and restaurants of Thunderbolt- sometimes the map shows it across but it is really on the same side and an easy nice walk).
