Our cottage is situated directly on the Five Pits Trail, which provides miles of trails for walkers, bike and horse riders, there are also fishing ponds 500m along the trail. It's a beautiful character cottage newly renovated to a high standard. It is ideally situated, with Hardwick Hall 5 minutes drive away and the Peak District on our doorstep. Matlock, Crich Tramway Village, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall within half an hour. We also have a hottub for you to relax in at the end of your day.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Available for single night stays. Discounts on 3+ nights bookings.

Welcome to Lizzy’s Cottage! Nestled in the heart of the Peak District, Lizzy’s Cottage offers a luxurious escape for couples and families. Surrounded by breathtaking countryside, the cottage provides a peaceful retreat, while being just a short drive from popular destinations such as Bakewell, Chatsworth, Matlock, and Matlock Bath. At Knabb Farm, we offer private parking for all guests, and our 7 acres of private land provide plenty of space to explore and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

Lane End Cottage - cosy cottage with large garden.

16th century cosy stone cottage with large private garden, includes lounge, kitchen and separate dining room. Pretty sun room ideal for morning coffees. Two bedrooms, one twin, and one king size. Shower and toilet upstairs. Bed settee is in the dining room. Will easily sleep 6 but seating is limited in the lounge. The main bath and shower room is downstairs. There is a large lawn to the front of the property with off road parking, the rear garden is private and has use of a BBQ in summer.

Pet friendly self-contained annex attached to Raven House Farm, ideal overnight stopover on route North/South or a peaceful stay when visiting/working in the area. It offers ample off-road parking, large bedroom and Bunk bedroom, shower room, small TV room, kitchenette, gardens, BBQ and outdoor stove. A short walk to a well-stocked Co-op, takeaways and an award-winning Nepalese restaurant in the village (~ 1 mile). Nearby are many walking/cycling trails to enjoy miles of off-road tracks.

Fairfield Loft is in the heart of the lovely village of Ashover with the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and Peak District National Park right on the doorstep. Tucked away behind Stamp, our coffee shop and village post office, the space was renovated in 2021 with comfort and quality in mind. There's lots to see and do in the area but if you simply want to relax then spend the days exploring the many beautiful local walks and maybe wind down in one of the friendly local pubs.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Springwood Barn N0 1 "FOREST" This beautiful barn conversion is ideally situated in the countryside on the edge of the Peak District in Derbyshire. The Barn is completely self contained with its own entrance and private garden with car parking outside and car chargers. Well behaved dogs are very welcome, please request if you have more than 2 dogs. The outside area is fully secured with a grasses area and a little hut.
