Our cottage is situated directly on the Five Pits Trail, which provides miles of trails for walkers, bike and horse riders, there are also fishing ponds 500m along the trail. It's a beautiful character cottage newly renovated to a high standard. It is ideally situated, with Hardwick Hall 5 minutes drive away and the Peak District on our doorstep. Matlock, Crich Tramway Village, Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall within half an hour. We also have a hottub for you to relax in at the end of your day.

The Granary

Situated in the country side, with no one around, the gorgeous Hardwick View Lodge. A lovely intimate space with the sounds of nature all around. You can go on many different walks, to close by places such as Hardwick Hall and Stainsby Mill. This is a perfect place for walkers or a couple wanting a romantic treat away, with a hot tub to relax in too. Our hot tub is open all year round at no extra cost, a lovely place to star gaze at night or relax in after a busy day! 2 people only, no children

The Tower

The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. This getaway is perfect for couples, families and friends. Built by my wonderful talented husband Tilly Lodge is a self contained luxury getaway surrounded by so many local attractions some being just a stones throw away. Tilly Lodge is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub, fabulous garden and great food just a 4 minute walk away.

16th century cosy stone cottage with large private garden, includes lounge, kitchen and separate dining room. Pretty sun room ideal for morning coffees. Two bedrooms, one twin, and one king size. Shower and toilet upstairs. Bed settee is in the dining room. Will easily sleep 6 but seating is limited in the lounge. The main bath and shower room is downstairs. There is a large lawn to the front of the property with off road parking, the rear garden is private and has use of a BBQ in summer.

It is on the edge of the Peak District with many local attractions, such as Chatsworth and Hardwick Hall.

Our holiday cottages & glamping pods are located on our 100 acre farm on the edge of the Peak District. The Annex is a modern barn conversion with a luxurious interior, designed to make it feel like a home away from home. Secluded down a 1/4 mile private driveway in a courtyard with the other cottages, the Annex has a quiet feel to it where you can truly relax.
