Fernando and his family were amazing and his home was located in a perfect place. The view, atmosphere, and stuff to do in the surrounding area was incredible. Fernando was always available for recommendations or questions when they came up. If you want a place away from the busyness of San Juan and still have good restaurants, beaches, and night life this is it.

The place in Barceloneta was so great. A quiet local town, walkable beach right out the door, and quaint casita full of character. John and his support hosts were friendly and welcoming, as well as super responsive when we needed anything. When I come back to the island I’ll come straight back here, we really loved it.

Words cannot adequately explain the magic of this place! I was traveling with my husband, three kids (11 and under), and my elderly mom. This was by far the best vacation we’ve had in recent years. The ocean was very accessible and the front of the home allowed my mom the ability to have a wonderful view of the sea. She is on a cane so walking is tricky. Being able to enjoy the beach, without feeling like we were leaving her out was ideal. It was the best of all worlds. Nayda was a wonderful host. She checked in making sure that we were all good. She was super responsive, but honestly, we needed nothing because the house was that amazing. The surrounding area truly makes you feel immersed in Puerto Rican culture. It is not overrun by tourist or super commercial, which is amazing. You feel like you’re supporting community (restaurants, shops, etc) not some “big business”chains. As a family, we are already looking at the upcoming year to see when we can come back. Thank you, Nayda!

This was a great getaway in local Vega Baja! The blue flag beach in Puerto Nuevo was walkable (or a super super short drive if you’re not up for it), the local eateries were amazing (check out Ocean Bakery, the quesitos tasted exactly like my abuelita used to make and their tripletas are still making me drool thinking about them!). Martha couldn’t have been more accommodating or nicer, super responsive. The house smelt the cleanest of any AirBnB that I’ve ever been in, a very refreshing scent of cleaning products and sea air. Would absolutely stay here again with my family!

We stayed at Johanna & Jeff’s place for my bachelorette weekend. We had the absolute time of our lives. Their space was full of amenities and activities - basketball, swimming, grilling, gym, beach towels & chairs & more. Vega Baja was the perfect beach town for us. 4 mins to the beach & 2 mins from the grocery store. Easy 40 minutes from San Juan. Their beds were sooo comfy. And all for an affordable price. Thank you so much for having us! We’ll be back.

We stayed during the beginning of our trip after a red eye flight. Check in was smooth and just as described which was a plus because we were exhausted. When we woke up the next morning we were able to take in the amazing views ! Pictures don’t do it justice. The place is so spacious and has many updated features. Beds were comfy and place was clean. We were a group of 4 (3 adults, 1 child) and the provided items were more than enough for our 3 day stay. Added plus that we were provided with shampoo, conditioner and washer pods! I can’t say enough about the place! There’s a super market and bankers less than 5 min away. If you are thinking of staying here, don’t hesitate to book, the views are amazing and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean . I’m already looking forward to when we come back !

Loved this place! Beautiful views on every side of the house. We did enjoy the beach down the street (walking distance like 10m. turn left out of the driveway and then a right down the road before the gate). We spent most of our time sitting around the pool. The garage had plenty of beach items like chairs, toys and baby floats. Everything was perfect and we would stay here again.

Wonderful place to get away for a few days. Kept very clean, new bathrooms. Calming sound and view of ocean few steps away. Can't really swim @ condo very rocky but well worth being steps away to sit on beach. swimming just down the road :)

I rented the place because it was 3 min away from my moms home . I love the country and the home was super cleaned and smelled awesome when I walked in . Rooms have air conditioner and there is a restroom outside for the pool users . I will definitely go there again on my next family vacation . He is very communitive .

Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

It was such a treat to wake up and drink coffee and watch the sunrise on the porch in a place so beautiful and peaceful and close to the ocean. We chose to stay in Manati to be close to the rock climbing in Ciales, about 30 mins inland, and it was just right for that too. Thank you Paul, I hope we’ll be back!

Everything about the property was perfect and better than expected. The pictures were beautiful but even better once we arrived. Ita was very quick to respond and so friendly. There was nothing that could’ve made it better. It was a quick walk and drive to the beach and there was a wonderful market that Ita recommended for groceries and breakfast. Couldn’t have been happier!

We had such a wonderful stay at Cindy’s Airbnb! Cindy was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start, making sure everything was in place for a smooth check-in. Even stayed up until 2 AM to let us in when things at the airport didn’t go as planned. She was super proactive—reaching out ahead of time to let us know the island had no power. (No need to worry as she has solar power and a cistern) we were not at all affected by the blackout situation. We loved the visits from the dogs on occasion and they are the perfect touch to make the place feel like home. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had that perfect beachy vibe. The pictures do not do the view justice. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with just the right amount of privacy while not being too far away to do activities.

We LOVES our stay at the Seaside Apartments. We had the best time on our first visit to PR. The place was clean and fully stocked. We loved the recommendations from the property manager and felt that communication was also 5 stars. During our stay we lost power, as the whole island experienced an outage. It lasted less than 24 hours. It’s good to know that it happens at times, if it’s your first visit. That said, the property is safe and easy to get to, so we stayed put until it came back on. This is a highly desirable spot next to Mar Chiquita beach. We walked there almost every day! With our own private balcony, patio and beachfront access, we also enjoyed without going to the public beach every time. Such an awesome stay that we hope to go back next year!
