Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

The Chalet is nestled in the Coastal Range Mountains. It includes 2 decks with views of the beautiful pond & barn in front & secluded acreage out back. Waiting for you are winding paths with wooden bridges over a trickling stream. You will enjoy a variety of wildlife following the paths or just sitting on the deck! Relax in the stylish, roomy studio in the heart of wine country. Just 14 miles from Spirit Mountain Casino, 21 miles from McMinnville, 41 miles to Lincoln City and 27 miles to Salem.

The Cabin

Whimsical cabin in the woods! This tiny house is 288 square feet on one floor. It has a queen size murphy "bed in a box." It boasts a full size bathroom and kitchen. Like many rural tiny homes, the unit is equipped with a composting toilet. As an option there is also a portable toilet adjacent to the cabin. Nestled in the foothills of the Tillamook Forest, the cabin is on a beautifully forested property with gardens, decks, trails, etc. A private drive & ample parking round out the amenities.

Welcome to our Clackamas Riverfront Guest House—a peaceful riverside retreat blending rustic charm and modern comfort. Relax in your private hot tub and sauna, unwind by the fireplace, and enjoy stunning river views. Fish, kayak, or raft right from the backyard. Bedrooms include white noise machines and earplugs to help with normal traffic during commute hours on our scenic road. Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

Our cozy-comfy 4 season yurt is nestled under majestic trees on a beautifully landscaped 1/3 acre. Located in a quiet, safe SW Portland neighborhood with a park, hike/bike trail a block away. We are 6 miles from downtown, with beaches, gorge and Mt. Hood accessible for day outings. There is a full kitchen, a natural gas fireplace and complete electrical and plumbing service. The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.
