Die Unterkunft war charmant in der Altstadt gelegen. Es ist ein altes Gebäude und liebevoll im alten Stil eingerichtet. Es war alles was benötigt wird vorhanden. dDie Unterkunft erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen und besitzt zusätzlich eine schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt und Berge. das Val d'orcia ist in der Nähe und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Da die Unterkunft hoch in den Bergen gelegen ist, kann es hier häufiger mal regnen während es im Tal etwas besser ist. Die Kommunikation mit Simona lief super. slSie hat uns zahlreiche gut Empfehlungen und Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen immer gut zu erreichen.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un lungo fine settimana di maggio L'ambiente e la location sono bellissimi, nelle colline umbre verdi e lontano dal traffico e dal rumore. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare l'accesso ma Bianca ci ha dato supporto telefonico. La casa è provvista del necessario per il soggiorno. Suggerisco di portarsi qualche genere alimentare di scorta perché la casa è un po' lontana dal centro abitato, circa 2 km, nei dintorni però c'è un panificio raggiungibile anche a piedi, anche se non vicinissimo

Riccardo, contattato via messaggi, è stato sempre puntuale nelle risposte e super esaustivo nelle indicazioni riguardanti l'appartamento, vari consigli su dove parcheggiare e su come arrivare alla struttura. Cassetta di sicurezza per la chiave quindi check in molto rapido. Appartamento pulito e in ottima posizione per visitare montepulciano a piedi. 4 bottiglie d'acqua a disposizione e tutto il necessario per fare colazione. Lo consiglio

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Very nice place, beautiful house and beautiful surroundings. Would strongly recommend for 6 people, but for 8 people the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Besides that, me and my friends had a very good experience.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Wat een fantastische huis en tuin. We waren met 3 families in de leeftijd van 8 maanden tot zeventig jaar, voor ieder was er voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad was fantastisch, iedereen genoot ervan. In de tuin is zoveel te ontdekken, bomen, struiken, kruiden, vol vlinders en insecten en zelf een niet gevaarlijke schorpioen, heel avontuurlijk. Nella was zelf niet aanwezig maar reageerde snel voor onze vragen. Ook had zij een kok geregeld om een avond voor ons te koken. Lily en haar dochter Isabella hebben super heerlijke traditionele Italiaanse gerechten voor ons gekookt, super! En Fabritius bracht een heerlijke rode wijn mee. Cortona is te belopen, wel moet je wat conditie hebben. Het stadje is prachtig en het theatertje prachtig om te zien met een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Wij komen zeker terug♥️

This was our second time at Vrinda’s house, which means we were happy to come back and have a great time again! We definitely recommend it if you want a cozy place to feel at home and in the middle of the nature of Umbria.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso appartamento e ne siamo rimasti incantati . L'atmosfera calda e curata ,soffitti ad arco in mattoni, un antico camino con pentolone in bella vista profumi di anice e pino che creano un atmosfera quasi fiabesca . La cucina, perfettamente attrezzata non manca nulla : tè, caffè, acqua in un angolino delizioso . Dettagli come fiorellini freschi sul tavolo, una coperta accanto al divano in una cesta ci ha fatto sentire coccolati . La camera e il bagno, in stile shabby chic, sono un rifugio di eleganza e comfort curato nei minimi particolari : doccia spaziosa asciugamani ,piastra, phon e saponi . Al mattino, ci ha svegliati un suono dolce del campanile un esperienza quasi irreale per chi come noi è abituato al caos cittadino. Un grazie speciale a Catia, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile ci ha permesso di restare un po più a lungo rispetto al check-out previsto. Un soggiorno consigliatissimo.

Anna was an incredible host, so helpful and personable. We were blown away by the space from its location to its cleanliness. And the view from the kitchen window was amazing! Highly recommend!

Il posto è magnifico. Svegliarsi al mattino e godere di quella vista non ha prezzo. In casa c’era tutto, soprattutto in cucina. Ritengo sia in posizione strategica, 20/30 da tutte le attrazioni principali della zona.

Ivana è stata molto cordiale e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ci ha dato utili indicazioni sulla zone ed era facilmente reperibile. La casa era molto carina e in un'ottim la posizione. Ci torneremo molto volentieri! Un plauso a Ivana!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

Die Unterkunft war schön, das Grundstück ist der Hammer mit eigenem Freibad (Pool wäre untertrieben), Tennisplatz und Bouleplatz. Schön zum spazieren und nichts tun. Es waren viele andere Gäste zur selben Zeit dort, auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück aber kaum bemerkbar. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, wenn man einfach mal nichts machen möchte. Der Kontakt mit Maya war sehr freundlich + schnell und die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen würde.

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

Eine extrem gemütliche, alleinstehende Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht und vielen schönen Örtchen zum Verweilen - grosse Veranda mit riesigem Esstisch (ein weiterer ist im Haus) und grosse Rasenfläche (auch für Ballspiele (vorhanden!) geeignet), Grillstelle und mehrere Hängematten, grosser, schöner Innenbereich, super schöner, sauberer Pool (Anfang Oktober war er sehr kalt aber trotzdem einladend!), bequeme Sonnenliegen. Grundsätzlich ist einfach alles super durchdacht, auch in der Küche ist alles da, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Sehr auffällig fanden wir die unkomplizierten und großzügigen Gastgeber (grosse Früchteschale, Wein und gekühltes Wasser bei der Ankunft, Kaffee und Toilettenpapier auf Vorrat, und das aus Versehen verschlagene Geschirr liessen sie gut sein) und auch Michela, die während unseres Aufenthalts unsere Anprechperson war, war total herzlich und dezent (war nur einmal da zum Pool putzen als wir weg waren). Wir empfehlen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall weiter!

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable malgré la pluie. Simone nous a réservé le cours de tennis couvert, le resto, et nous a même arrangé en un temps record la réparation de notre voiture. La maison est splendide, vue époustouflante, les équipements sont d'un grand confort.

Pier’s place was so beyond beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the lovely ambiance and amenities left for us. The day we arrived he left us a delicious sweet bread that we could not stop eating. Any questions we had for him he responded within a reasonable manner. If you are looking to stay in a place that makes you feel at home, but also in a place that is unimaginable this is it!

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

We had a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to make use of the pool on the first day with our two boys, 7 and 4. We visited Pienza, Montepulciano and Montelccino. We also purchased two of the wines from the estate. Alex made everything very easy and was a great host!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.
