Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. This is a private 3 bedroom, sofa bed, 1 bath home all to yourselves, with a spacious yard and a separate fenced in area for your furr babies. The bathroom is set between the two middle bedrooms (Jack-n-Jill style). This is an older home and far from perfect, so it has some quirks and improvements are on the way but it does have all the creature comforts. A park across the street is super convenient for the kids to go burn off some energy.
