The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Torquay Harbour, Town Centre and Wellswood, Babbacombe and St Marychurch. We are located at the top of a hill on the outskirts of the town which makes us a quiet location away from the night time noises. The surrounding areas are a leisurely walk downhill (but obviously an incline on return). We are approximately a 15 minute walk from Babbacombe Downs and a 15 - 25 minute walk into Torquay Town centre. Taxis cost approximately £7

Kitchen/living area leads into the bedroom, then through a hall to the bathroom with large walk in shower. Local shops are a minutes walk with takeaways, Spa and breakfast café. Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey gardens is a level 12-15 minute walk. Close at hand is the harbour, theatre, restaurants, Cockington, Babbacombe, Agatha Christie’s house, Dartmouth, Dartmoor and more!
