Villa Hällene ist ein modernes Holzhaus, direkt neben dem bekannten Pilane Skulpturenpark in urwüchsiger Felslandschaft gelegen. Das Haus ist hell und offen und von einer großen Holzterrasse mit Ess- und Sonnenplätzen und einer Sauna umgeben. Das Haus hat einen offenen Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich, der bis unter das Dach geöffnet ist. Auf einer Galerie im ersten Stock befindet sich ein zweiter großer Wohnraum. Bis zum nächsten Badeplatz sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad (im Haus vorhanden).

The house is rented by the week in summer and for shorter stays the rest of the year.

Nära havet i Lerkil med bad på klippor eller strand finns vårt fräscha gästhus på 3 rum och kök. Huset passar för 1- 4 personer och är utrustat med allt ni behöver, även för längre vistelser. Dessutom ingår lakan, handdukar och slutstädning och två cyklar. Ni får egen uteplats med grill och trädgårdsmöbler, här kan ni verkligen koppla av i lugn och fridfull miljö. Det är nära till fin natur, vandring och strövområden, cykling och fiske. Elbilsladdare finns.

Här kan du njuta av en fantastisk skärgårdsmiljö med klippor och hav inpå knuten. Du har tillgång till en härlig badplats 150 m från huset med brygga, hopptorn, gungor, klippor och sandstrand. Huset är nyligen helrenoverat med alla bekvämligheter och perfekt för upp till fyra personer. Egen altan i västerläge. Göteborg nås på 15-20 min med bil, parkering finns vid huset. Det är också nära till de mysiga öarna i Göteborgs norra skärgård.

In the idyllic area of Hällsvik in Torslanda, on a peaceful cul-de-sac, you will find this lovely guesthouse of about 40 square meters, surrounded by beautiful nature with cliffs, sea, and forest. In the area you’ll find the swimming spot “Hälleviken,” which has a waterslide, bathing jetty, swim raft, and a kiosk (open in summer). Swimming from the cliffs is also available nearby.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Salta bad har du på bekvämt avstånd endast en kort promenad bort om du är här under sommarmånaderna. Då kan du även tända grillen medan du ser solen gå ner över havet. Utsikten är lika vacker att njuta av året om.
