Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. As you approach the property along the narrow country lane, be prepared to fall into the embrace of this peaceful and tranquil location. The cottage is well equipped and has a pretty garden surrounded by fields and woodland with a patio for alfresco dining or just being at one with nature.

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Excellent places to eat nearby. Only 20 minutes by car to the seaside town of Aberystwyth, a wide promenade with breathtaking view of Cardigan Bay.

With its own garden, this former shepherd's cottage is surrounded by rugged hills and an unspoilt rural landscape at the very end of a single-track road.

Y Beudy is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Bwthyn, it is a ground level cottage, converted from a stone cowshed with wheelchair access. Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.
