This is a tiny cottage in a sleepy little hollow that opens onto the Georgian Bay. Inside, each stone was carefully chosen and the woodwork was built, piece by piece, by two craftsmen who are highly skilled and passionate about repurposing. It's an art that will leave you in awe; especially if you're worried about climate crisis. The coat hangers are upcycled 100-year-old railway spikes! If you're looking for luxury you will be disappointed but if you're a minimalist you're going to love it.

THE PERFECT PICTURESQUE CAMPSITE Beautiful 10 acre lot with a thousand feet of waterfront on the Irondale river with its very own WATERFALLS! Take the short hike to the Rope Bridge that leads to the Treehouse on the rock island and set up a small tent in the screened Treehouse OR bring your RV/Trailer/tents and set them up in the beautiful cleared area for rough camping among the stars. Listen to the sound of the gentle rapids and birds singing as you reacquaint yourself with nature at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sit on the dock and watch the sunset. Sip a drink by the indoor wood burning fireplace while looking out the window at moving water. Watch the leaves change colour and fall from the trees. Paddle the lazy river in a canoe or relax in the hammock. Rolling Rapids Retreat is a private riverside cabin that is designed for couples or solo travellers.

Stay beside the North River in our charming guesthouse cabin. Private riverfront to launch canoes or kayaks Public Boat launch across the road. Short drive to several lakes, the Trent Severn, multiple parks, extensive off roading & snowmobiling trails. Single loft with two twin beds that can easily be put together to make a king and a comfy queen size sofa bed on the main floor. Wood stove is the primary heat. Well cared for pets and their responsible owners are welcomed!

Nestled in the woods on Walkers Point, this is a great opportunity to reconnect with nature. We promise when you leave you’ll appreciate the forest as much as the water that surrounds us. Although we are not on the water, we are a 3min drive to a semi-private beach. Kayaks & life vests included (& delivered). Snowshoes incl in winter. Light breakfast is yogurt & fruit. Short distance to renowned hiking trails, Hardy Lake Park, Sawdust City & Clearlake Brewery, Muskoka Winery.

Cheerful Two Bedroom Cottage On The River!

Walking/biking trails one minute away!! Enjoy your days swimming, fishing, kayaking (2 adult and 2 kids kayaks available)or canoeing or head down to the ATV/ Snowmobile trails nearby (1 minute away) for some biking and your evenings can be spent sitting by the fire , soaking in the hot tub or having fun in the game room! If you’re looking for some shopping and dining Fenelon Falls or Coboconk is only 10 to 15 minutes away. Lindsay and Bobcaygeon also nearby .

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Camping by the River

This Campsite is situated on the Moira River between Tweed and Madoc. It is on my 4 acres of property and my house is in within site depending on where you set up. I have a canoe that is available for use to explore the semiprivate river. The campsite has the cleanest outhouse and a outdoor shower with hot water. There are many trails to explore as well as local conservation parks. Let me know what you're interested in and I can show you the way.

THE KABINKA No service, no electricity, no plumbing, no problems WINTER: 4x4 access or park at the road and 5 minute walk in (sled provided) "Kabinka" is the name of our eastern European inspired Chalet. She is unadorned, a simple off-grid shelter for your wilderness retreat. Configured equally for a large party of family/friends, or for a couple's weekend away (groups over 4 are charged more)

Do you like camping without the camping? If so, hang out here at the farm for a day or the weekend. Enjoy the stars, have a sauna (ice bath extra $75.00) outdoor shower and a campfire, see deer, or wild turkeys or listen to nothing for a while. Feed the donkeys and chickens or grab a Muskoka chair and a book. It is your time to relax and unwind !
