Very close to land between the lakes state park and the host was very responsive the whole time leading up to and during our stay. Very peaceful dock to fish off of with a perfect view and fire pit to end the day.

We felt welcomed and "hosted" throughout our marvelous three-night stay. Shari went out of her way to provide a wonderful home for our family as we gathered from multiple states. The accommodations exceeded expectations. She intuitively provided items in the home that even we (experienced guests) didn't anticipate. Everything about our time at Dock Holiday was a step above. Communication could not have been better. Everything was perfectly in order for a tremendous time away from the busyness of Nashville. Our many thanks for this special location, special home, and special time!

Beautiful view of the lake, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Hostess was easy to communicate with. Home had everything we needed.

This sweet house will become a place we visit more than once, I’m sure of it. Just two hours from our own home, it seemed like an easy getaway that provided everything we could need to enjoy family time and Land Between the Lakes. It was that and more!! It was us, our two boys, and our three dogs (they were kind to make an exception on the 2-dog rule). The kitchen was perfectly stocked, right down to pan sprays, Keurig pods, and Tupperware. We’re foodies and brought a pantry’s worth of food to make for our trip, and the kitchen had supplies we’ve had to pack at other spaces. Everything was SO clean; air filters in every room. The host Karen was super helpful and so kind. The space outside was private and very safe for our dogs. The fire pit had cut wood AND fire starter. A s’mores kit, wine, snacks, AND dog toys greeted us!! I hope everyone who stays here shows the space as much respect as the host shows guests. It deserves it!!

Our stay at Joey's Family Tides, hosted by Rex and Linda, was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself was a delightful surprise—more spacious than we could have imagined. The pictures simply do not do it justice. With every turn, we discovered more space than we had imagined, which was not easily captured in the photos. Waking up to serene lake views and enjoying the well-kept decks and yards was one of the highlights of our relaxation. Of course, being outside, being clear of leaves or what the weather blows is on the decks, but that is expected; they are sturdy, well-maintained, and ready for you to unwind. A quick brush-off, and you're ready. Don't take others' opinions that they are dirty; they are outside! Nature has its way. The yard was a favorite of our dogs, who explored the natural surroundings as much as we did. Rex and Linda ensured our comfort throughout, making them exceptional hosts. For anyone seeking a tranquil retreat, this place is a dream.

This is a great central location if you are visiting in the Clarksville area. Stores and restaurants are a short drive away. Everything was in order, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly! Our first time using a pellet stove. I think we might have to get one!

We can not express enough how much we love this place. It is immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated, we want to live there!!!! 2 large bedrooms. The beds are so comfortable!! Kitchen has everything you need. Shower is large and has great water pressure. Soooo spacious! very comfortable couch for watching the Masters or movie! The location is awesome. Quick drive to Austin Peay, Clarksville Downtown shopping, restaurants, Museum, and other sites of interest. Was close tour family we visited, the party, venue, and again downtown. We did take a very nice walk across the street into the neighborhood there each day. Very nice walk. This is our FAVORITE abnb. we look forward to returning next year. LaDonna is AMAZING, so easy to communicate with, feel like talking to a dear friend. very attentive and sincere. We really can't say enough about Conroy Place.

Absolutely loved my stay at Laura's place! It was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, making it feel just like home. Laura was fantastic, promptly answering all my questions and ensuring I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area. This condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. You can’t beat the location and view. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having access to the garage, most condos we’ve stayed in keep the garage locked. Made unloading so much easier and gave us a place to sit outside without being in the sun. Mason was a great host and made us feel at home the moment we walked in. We absolutely will stay here again!!

Suzan’s place really was exceptional! We felt as if we were in our own little home. There were special touches everywhere that made us wish we were staying longer! We would highly recommend Suzan’s for a quiet & relaxing stay.

We visited during the winter, so much less to do. However, we did find plenty to do and see. Would be a great family spot during the summer, with easy access to the lake and nice space inside and out. Kimberley was very attentive and make sure things were taken care of as needed.

This was a perfect place for me to stay during a longer trip.
