The house was super cute and wonderful. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived he brought as to the grocery store without us having to ask. He also brought us to the train station. He was always kind, easy to talk to, and attentive. Great stay.

Amazing house in Puglia. After long day trips this house was very nice to go back to and relax. Peaceful area especially in the morning by the pool. Would 100% recommend staying here on your trip to Puglia as it is very central to all the towns. Family of 5 plus a baby and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. Very accommodating place!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Ina’s place was a hidden gem in the most perfect location in Puglia. Very easy to find via Google maps and super close to the main attractions in Puglia….a few minutes away from Alberobello. The villa was very clean and in such a quiet area. We would love to go back and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Perfecto para disfrutar de Ostuni i de la Puglia, en pleno centro, rodeado de buenos restaurantes. Aparcamiento gratuito cercano a solo 4 minutos. La calle es muy tranquila, perfecto para descansar después de todo un día visitando la Puglia. Muy buenas vistas desde la terraza. La cama es perfecta. Todo limpio y ordenado. Mario fue muy amable al recomendar restaurantes cercanos. Tuvo el detalle de obsequiarnos con un buen vino. Muy recomendable especialmente para parejas jovenes dado que tiene bastantes escaleras. Si volvemos a la Puglia repetiremos.

A group of friends and I booked this house as the base for my 30th birthday in Puglia and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful and has everything you could want from a pool, beautiful outside dining area, roof access, yoga area and table tennis. The interior is furnished very tastefully and makes for a comfortable stay for 8 guests. The house is located in an extremely peaceful location surrounded by olive groves. It is slightly remote and you will need to hire a car to get here and get the most out of Puglia. We did arrange for a local taxi service to pick us up and bring us to the nearby town of Ostuni for a couple of nights (where there are also connections by bus and train to the rest of the region). The host was extremely responsive and flexible during our whole stay and made everything run smoothly. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing week in Italy with friends or family.

De AirBnB was echt fantastisch. Op basis van de foto's verwachtten we al heel wat moois, maar de uitzichten over Fasano en in de verte de zee overtroffen alles. Het zwembad was heerlijk en schoon. De woning zelf was prima en van alle noodzakelijkheden voorzien. Marika was een geweldige host, altijd bereid om even bij te staan. Ik had helaas de pech dat ik vlak voor aankomst een griep te pakken had gekregen en daardoor behoorlijk ziek werd. Marika was er om te helpen met medicijnen en schoon beddengoed. Vanuit de AirBnB kun je veel mooie plekken bezoeken - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (het Trulli-dorp), verschillende beachclubs langs de kust en met wat verder rijden heb je nog Lecce, Tarente en Brindisi zo bereikt. Een stuk dichterbij is het stadje Fasano, aardig om te zien en er zijn aardig wat restaurantjes te vinden. Op loopafstand van de AirBnB een restaurantje. Een simpele keuken, maar prima voor als je een avondje niet wil koken maar ook niet rijden.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, gelegen in het centrum van Monopoli, op wandelafstand van diverse restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. De plaats was niet moeilijk te vinden en we kregen vooraf duidelijke instructies en tips waar je gratis je eventuele wagen kan parkeren. Je krijgt een typisch verblijf in een een woning van 4 verdiepingen met draaitrap wat voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, misschien niet zo makkelijk is. Het was zeer netjes en vooral het dakterras was heerlijk om 's morgens met een koffie je dag te beginnen.

Un logement parfait en tout points. Propreté exceptionnelle et décor magnifique. L’on se sent très bien dans ce logement. Beaucoup de pensées pour les locataires. J’ai même découvert un livre en français. Le plus beau des airbnb selon moi. La communication est excellente pour les visiteurs. Simplement wow.

Perfect location in the old town but just outside of the restaurants and nightlife area so that you can still find plenty of peace and silence. Staying in the apartment feels a bit like going back in history with the dome ceiling and stone walls, whilst still enjoying all the standard amenities of modern life. Perfectly clean kitchen and bathroom. Accessing the property couldn't be easier, and you can get to the main square, bars and restaurants in less than 3 mins. Just a perfect place for a few days with the family.

Great Place. As described. Host super responsive Only issue is we couldn't get Netflix to play on the TV but that's minor. Super clean apartment, well decorated, and good location. Sannicandro di Bari is my mother's hometown, and it was great to see.

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Beautiful villa, lovely private location, close to nice restaurants in Putignano where there is also a Lidl supermarket. Half hour drive to the coast which is worth the trip. Caves boat trip from Polignano a Mare is great. Wouldn’t recommend car hire from Europcar at Bari Airport - over 2 hours in a queue to get to their checkin desk!! All the other car hire desks didn’t have any issues. Villa was well equipped & pool was great. Only thing we couldn’t find was oven gloves so we got some & left them there. Information when booking - water is limited from a well so we had no water twice, communication was great & issue was sorted quickly with a truck coming to fill it. Fuse box tripped a couple of times which meant pool filter stopped but again sorted quickly. If house alarm goes off there is prompt security arrival but they were very understanding !! Highly recommend a stay here, we would love to book again in the future.

Domenica's place fruit like a home away from home. From the moment we checked in, she welcome us, showed us around the place esp the roof, and that she gave us home made pomodoro sauce, olive oil from her family's farm and a cake. She even invited us to see her family's trullo. She is so proud of her family heritage and history, that it felt privilege that she'd share this with us. All in all, had a wonderful stay at her place.

les hôtes accueillants et disponibles l'appartement est très propre et calme juste que la rue est étroite pour se garer mais les propriétaires laissent volontiers la place devant leur porte je recommande ce logement

Spędziliśmy ponad miesiąc w tej uroczej willi wśród gajów oliwnych i to był idealny czas. Dom jest całkowicie niezależny, świetnie urządzony i wyposażony. Na dachu taras z widokiem na Ostuni i morze. Wkoło cisza, natura i trulli. Nicla zostawiła wszystkie potrzebne rekomendacje. Polecamy z całego serca, jeśli chcecie odpocząć i zwiedzić Apulię - ten dom jest po prostu cudowny.

Très satisfaite de la location. Etat impeccable, tout le confort et proximité de la vieille ville d'Ostuni. Tout est parfait. Mention spéciale pour la terrasse sur le toit qui est très agréable.

Loredana a été très réactive et de bons conseils. Très bonne communication. La maison se situe dans un environnement calme. Parfait pour sillonner la région. Les chambres 2 e 3 sont accolées à la cuisine sans portes. C'est bon à savoir même si pour nous ça n'a pas été dérangeant.

Giovanna et Leonardo sont des HOTES EXCEPTIONNELS ! Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement dans leur maison confortable, très propre et bien équipée. De plus, de délicates attentions, très appréciées, nous attendaient à notre arrivée (fruits, légumes, confiture, huile d’olives etc …). La Casa Giovanna est très bien localisée pour rayonner dans les Pouilles et découvrir cette merveilleuse région. Elle est en tout point conforme à la description et aux photos publiées sur Airbnb. Notre séjour dans leur maison s’est très bien déroulé, au calme, au coeur de plantations d’oliviers et de cerisiers et d'un grand jardin fleuri. Giovanna et Leonardo sont profondément gentils, très serviables et très réactifs. Nous leur renouvelons nos très sincères remerciements.

Meget god kommunikation med udlejer. Vi havde en skøn ferie i Polignano a Mare, hvor der var en afslappende atmosfære og en smuk udsigt. Stor, anvendelig og meget brugbar tagterrasse. Rummelig lejlighed med stort soveværelse. Boligen er placeret centralt i gåafstand til den gamle bydel, havet og restauranter.

Spacious two roomed apartment, clean, no steps or stairs, easy street parking right outside. Giorgio was readily available and gave good recommendations. Great stay to walk about Monopoli.

We loved the property - the views, the rooms, the spaces both inside and outside to have great conversations and great fun. A perfect location to use as a starting point for exploring Puglia or to simply to relax in the sun with the sounds of water and the beach.
