Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Rumple Cottage sits in a row of Georgian cottages on a private lane in a village on the Wiltshire/Somerset/Cotswold borders. Enjoy country walks to our favourite pubs & wild swimming spots, or cosy up in front of the projector & unwind in the luxury bath. It's a 20 min drive to the UNESCO world heritage city of Bath & 6 mins to the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon with its canals, rivers & station. Enjoy a complimentary homemade cream tea, freshly baked bread & seasonal cocktails on arrival.

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. (Unsuitable for a child under 12). We are close to Kennet & Avon canal . We are close to Bath, Bradford on Avon, and Longleat. For more info on local area go to Tina's guidebook.

Stables - village charm, fresh air & near Bath

Stables is a refurbished cottage with attention to detail and a little luxury. Well placed for hiding away; off the road, countryside on doorstep, well stocked local shop opposite, 2 great pubs nearby, many wonderful towns and National Trust sites nearby. The private sun trap garden has Bramblecrest outdoor furniture. Cosy up on the comfy sofa in the lounge and watch movies on the 49” Smart TV or have a lie in and watch the 32 “ Smart TV in the bedroom. Access to an EV charger by arrangement.

Fully secured grounds of the property give complete peace of mind during your stay. The adjacent woodlands and its beautiful walks can be enjoyed any time of the year. Woodside is only a short distance from Longleat safari park & estate, Roman bath spa's, Stonehenge, Castle Coombe village & race track, Laycock abbey, Bradford on avon & Wadworth brewery in Devizes

Sunny apartment near Bath and Bradford on Avon

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (king-size bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Therefore, a “Barnlet” :) Birch Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat (11 miles). Simple, cosy space. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from all things busy...

Dating back to 1818, this beautiful recently renovated barn is the perfect setting for those seeking a relaxing getaway. With lots to do within walking distance including a national trust property, two pubs and a cafe in the village, we are also very close to famous and much visited towns and city’s such as Bradford on Avon (2.6 miles) and Bath (10 miles) if you fancy a day out. A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.
