日租350元最少租28晚。兩人房間上下層床。鄰近香港城市大學近地鉄站，清靜整潔，交通便捷，治安良好。

整潔、清静、往返機場巴士站约步行10分鐘路程,交通便捷,治安良好。大廈有升降機,平地lift.距離香港城市大学步行约15分鐘,專線綠色小巴约5分鐘車程。鄰近地鉄車站,剩坐地鐵列車两分鐘到達。宿舍有两間獨立的房間,每房間各有一張上下層床，可住两人，每日租金250元，最少租住28晚。歡迎旅遊或大學交換生長租或短住。
