This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Comfortable, cozy, & fully furnished one bedroom farmhouse with covered parking spots. It used to be the only building within an 160 acre radius. Renovated and converted into a cozy guesthouse with modern amenities, while leaving its original charm untouched. Full kitchen w/ fridge, microwave, gas range, pots & pans, dishes, silverware and cooking utensils. Variety of coffees and teas; smart TV; gas grill; WiFi; full bath w/hair dryer, towels & linens. Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Part of an older 5-plex with 8 other houses, this charming unit features a king bed, common heating (kept around 70°F in winter), AC/heater mini split, small kitchen with microwave and stove/oven, Roku TV, and fast WiFi (~400 Mbps). ~350 sq ft of comfort with a beach-themed décor.
