All brand new appliances, including a dual fuel range with gas stove and double electric ovens. Bring your boat- our home is next to the access on Lake Beltrami. The lake shore is just a few flat steps from the house- watch and hear the loons from two decks. We are also close to Bemidji, with many acitivies close by (including golfing and snowmobile and hiking trails).
