This small studio is furnished with a full size bed, a sofa bed, a working desk with chairs, an accent chest and a coffee maker. It’s perfect size for one or two people. It is conveniently located in the trendy West Portal neighborhood, 20 mins drive from SF International Airport and 20 mins MUNI ride from SF downtown business district. It’s also 5 minutes walk from the West Portal Village, where you can find many coffee shops and 4-5 stars restaurants, a book store, and a theater.

This studio space is attached to the rest of the house that I live in. It shares a wall and door (will remain locked) with my kitchen and the rest of the house.

Audrey and Nick’s place is a comfortable, spacious studio with a private entrance, and all the comforts of home. It is located in the renovated basement of a 19th century farmhouse and is fully apportioned with a queen size bed, a large bathroom with a deep tub and access to both front and back yards. It has all the basics, and then some. It is a perfect base of operations for days and nights on the town or around the Bay and a great place to stay in and get things done.
