Alojamientos vacacionales en Tyrrhenian Sea

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Villa, ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem großen Pool. Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Vom ersten Moment an unglaublich magisch! Die Lage des Apartments, eingebettet zwischen traumhaften Stränden, Wanderwegen und einem ruhigen Pinienwald, und der absolut grandiose Ausblick auf das weite Meer sind einzigartig! Das Apartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gibt gleich ein Gefühl von Leichtigkeit. Andrea ist von Anfang an außerordentlich bemühter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber gewesen, dem das Wohl seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Sei es das kulinarische Wohl (ein Kasten ist gefüllt mit haltbaren Vorräten und Kaffee, im Kühlschrank warten Milch, Säfte und Wein). Sei es den Aufenthalt seiner Gäste so perfekt wie möglich zu gestalten (mit wertvollen Insider-Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants...). Danke, Andrea!!! Für mich war dieser Aufenthalt, den ich für ein persönliches Schreibprojekt nutzte, eine wahre Quelle der Inspiration. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen zu diesem Ort "zwischen Himmel und Erde."

Je ne peux que recommander ce logement propre, hyper fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien situé à proximité de la cité du Vatican dans une ruelle calme. Ainsi, nous avons pu tout visiter à pied comme nous le souhaitions : le chateau St Ange, la fontaine de Trevi, le colisée, le panthéon, le circus Maximus, la via del Corso .... Et bien sûr, le musée du Vatican, la Chapelle Sixtine et (en d'autres occasions car nous y étions la semaine du décès du pape) la cathédrale St Pierre (visite remplacée par la magnifique Cathédrale Ste Marie Majeure). Et si vous n'aimer marcher, il y a un grand nombre de lignes de bus à proximité. Enfin, il y a pléthore de restaurants très bien notés à proximité. Bref, je suis ravie d'avoir choisi le logement de Laura et Lorenzo pour ce séjour dans cette ville époustouflante de beauté.

We loved our stay in David’s apartment. Great spot in the middle of everything and a great place to bring a family. Having continuous hot water along a washer and dryer a plus. David was a wonderful host. Would recommend!!

Notre weekend s'est très bien passé. Le logement était très propre, et l'hôte était très réactive et sympathique

Jonathan hat das Haus in einen wunderschönen Ort verwandelt, an dem man sich gern aufhalten mag. Das Zusammenspiel zwischen Ursprung und Moderne ist ihm hervorragend gelungen und entspricht absolut unserem Geschmack. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. An kühleren Tagen sorgt der Kamin in der Küche zusätzlich für wohlige Wärme, der Blick von der Dachterrasse bis zum Meer ist traumhaft. Der Ort Cuglieri ist sehr ursprünglich mit engen Gassen und herzlichen, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Menschen. Jonathan ist ein sehr netter aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der jederzeit ansprechbar war.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.
