Private Pool Villa Suite Tokyo Property Information ■ Location & Access Address: 6-8-4 Edogawa, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo Nearest Station: Ichinoe Station (Toei Shinjuku Line), Exit A4 – approx. 14 minutes on foot (Taxi is recommended, especially with luggage) Bus Access: • About 5 minutes by bus from Ichinoe Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) • About 7 minutes by bus from Kasai Station (get off at “Furukawa Shinsui Park”) Airport Access: • From Narita Airport: Limousine bus approx. 70 minutes (one way ¥1,600) • From Haneda Airport: Limousine bus approx. 36 minutes (one way ¥1,100) The villa is located in a quiet residential area. Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. Infants under 1 year old stay free of charge. Layout: 1st floor: Living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, toilet 2nd floor: Twin bedroom, queen bedroom, Japanese-style room, toilet Beds: • 2 single beds • 1 queen bed • 3 Japanese futons • 1 extra bed In addition to the beds listed above, two sofa beds are available in the living room. Blankets, pillows, and sheets are provided for the sofa beds. Bedding is prepared according to the number of guests. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. However, for safety reasons, they will be removed during rainy weather or strong winds, even if you are using the BBQ area. ■ Amenities & Facilities Amenities: Toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairbrush, razor, slippers, coffee, tea, mineral water Towels: One set per guest regardless of length of stay (1 bath towel & 1 face towel per person) For additional washing, please use the coin laundry next to the nearby LAWSON. Free Wi-Fi Bluetooth speaker Netflix and other streaming services (please use your own account) Cooking utensils and tableware are provided (seasonings are not included) Coin laundry: 1-minute walk (next to LAWSON) ■ Rentals & Optional Services Free rentals: Electric hot plate, pool floats Paid options (advance reservation required): BBQ grill, towel cleaning service, housekeeping, projector, floating tray Paid options and additional guest requests must be arranged at the time of booking. Requests cannot be accepted during the stay. ■ Pool Rules for Children Children of elementary school age or younger, or under 130 cm in height, must enter the pool with an adult and wear a life jacket. There are no cameras inside the villa. ■ Media & Filming History The villa was used as a filming location for the Japanese reality dating show “Boost Love,” hosted by Tsubasa Masuwaka. Additionally, Airbnb × Oggi hosted their first Insta Live event at Villa Suite Tokyo, featuring travel-themed discussions. The archived video can be viewed on the living room TV.

The room is bright and you can relax on the roof balcony when it is nice weather outside! Up to 6 people can stay and Close to Asakusa area! It is perfect for family trip, honeymoon and couple trip◎ Asakusa station is the nearest station. There is direct train line from Narita and Haneda airport to Asakusa station which is really convenient for travelers arriving at those airport! You can go through Nakamise shopping street on the way to my place.
