U sredini našeg maslinika u Kalima smjestila se kućica veličine 19m² za sve koje žele biti dio prirode i u miru i tišini provesti praznike na sunčanom otoku Ugljanu. Kućica je moderno uređena sa prelijepom okolicom i voćnjakom.Nalazi se 10minuta pješice od mjesta Kali te je moguće pristupiti sa autom. U blizini je divna šetnica te staza za bicikliste kroz šumu. The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. Hot water in the shower is provided and also there is sun heated outdoor shower.
