Másik helyiség egy nappali konyhával egyben, edényekkel, tányérokkal, hűtővel, tűzhellyel felszerelve. Itt van egy kihúzható kanapé ahonnan lehet tévézni de 1-2 gyerek is elfér aludni.

The apartment lies under the Mátra mountain, it has a big garden and a separated entrance. The house and the neighborhood has a friendly atmosphere as nature surrounds the whole village. Abonyban, a "Két torony" és a kúriák városában, a központban található udvarházunk, amely hangulatos, tágas, zárt udvarral rendelkezik, ahol több autónak is biztosított az ingyen parkolási lehetőség. Egy nagy családi ház, összesen két fürdőszobával és wc-vel, 6 férőhellyel (két hálószobával, plusz egy pótágyazható sarokülővel a nappaliban), konyhával várja a vendégeket. Van wi-fi elérhetőség, mosógép, tévénézési lehetőség.

Éttermek, strand, tiszapart, színház, szórakozóhelyek karnyujtásnyira vagy 10-15 perc sétára találhatóak.
