Полина очень приятная в общении отзывчивая хозяйка. Встретила, на все просьбы реагировала моментально. Жилье лучше, чем на фото. Расположение - идеальное. Променад прямо за домом, до пляжей, детских площадок 5-10 минут пешком с видом на море. Супермаркеты, кафе - все тоже рядом. Мы работали из дома, интернет работал отлично и без сбоев все время нашего проживания. В квартире есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Обязательно вернемся.

Nice apts, spacious, high ceilings, absolutely new, apart from some minor issues we didn't notice any downsides. Quite comfortable, well equipped. Would be even better with a dishwasher, but what can you do ) Really clean. Walkable both to the beach and the supermarkets.

Tanja ist ein sehr liebevoller und zuvorkommender Mensch. Sie hat sich wirklich sehr bemüht uns die schönste Zeit zu bereiten. Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Ausstattung in der Küche haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Nikola ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat gerne geholfen oder stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Häuschen am Wasser war sehr schön und sauber. Es hat alles was man braucht. Grandios ist das man vom Bett direkt ins Wasser springen kann. In der Nähe sind ein paar wirklich sehr gute Konobas (Restaurants) das Essen war immer richtig richtig gut. Vielen Dank lieber Nikola.

Het appartement was fantastisch. De locatie is perfect. Op loopafstand van het strand en de winkeltjes. Het appartement zelf was schoon en zeer mooi met uitzicht op zee. Het contact met Marija was perfect.

The stay was incredible, okasana was always super fast to respond, she gave us clear instruction about getting to the place. The house was top notch clean and everything inside was brand new. I would highly recommend staying there!!

This Airbnb has been absolutely perfect for my family holiday. Velipojë is a beautiful location with a great boulevard, lots of restaurants, and lovely beaches. The Airbnb was exactly as described with lots of useful utilities (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, WiFi, brilliant AC , etc.), making it homely for the whole family. The private parking and grounds are great. Nikolin is a great host, very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for any vacation - as a couple, an individual, or as a family. We have had an amazing time! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Bar. Really close to the sea and all necessary shops and markets. A variety of restaurants nearby. Own barbecue zone and a place to eat outside. Amazing view. We were kindly permitted to check in earlier and leave later, which was very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful spot on the lake - you can walk right down to the waterfront in a minute. We even saw dolphins on the last day! There is a grocery store nearby and a nice balcony to eat on. We had a great time!

This apartment was perfect for our needs — plenty of space, beautiful view, and immediate access to the sea. Its location made for easy access to nearby Kotor and Perast. Ilija was a gracious host and very responsive throughout the stay. We really appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond, even accommodating a last minute change to our plans. Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

this house has the best possible location to visit Kotor. it's very clean. easy to check in and check out. I would love to stay here again if I o came back to Kotor.
