We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! konaklamamız güzel geçti. evin konumu çok iyi yerdeydi bir çok yere kolay ulaşım sağladık. ev temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Barış bey bizimle ilgilendi ve çok sıcak kanlıydı. İstanbul seyehatlerimizde kesinlikle başka bir yere bakmadan müsait ise tekrar tekrar burada kalmayı tercih ederiz.

Appartement propre et confortable, super bien situé dans le quartier Yeldeğirmeni de Kadikoy, qui est bien vivant, plein de cafés et restaurants, mais beaucoup plus tranquille que le sud de Kadikoy. L'appartement est à moins de 10 minutes à pied de plusieurs stations de métro, et de l'embarcadère des ferries. Hakan est un hôte très sympathique et disponible, qui s'assure vraiment que tout se passe bien pour vous tout au long du séjour. Bref, je recommande totalement le choix de cet appartement, pour un séjour magique à Istanbul 🙂

The house is spacious (two bedrooms and a living room) and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden and the cozy winter lounge are great spots to relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just two metro stops away from the Bosphorus shore (Üsküdar). From there, you can easily get anywhere in Istanbul by metro, bus, or ferry. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and some are open all night.

Mustafa wa super responsive and helpful. He agreed on early checkin and during last night when we had to have some family members more than what was in the first reservation, he accepted ir without additional charges. House is well equipped, clean and same as photos and if you don’t mind stairs, I would recommend it. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the only issue is steep hill. Overall we had a pleasant stay and Mostafa’s place :)

Peaceful and comfortable accommodation with amazing views and all the creature comforts. An excellent base for exploring Istanbul by ferry or bus, with nice cafes nearby. Can recommend using a delivery service (we used Getir) to get groceries in.

Aksel Bey’in evi aynı fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibi. 2+1 evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz her şey mevcut. Akıllı ev sistemine sahip, yerden ısıtmalı, gayet konforlu bir daire. Aksel Bey çok nazik ve iletişim kurması kolay birisi. Maslak civarında konaklamanız gerekiyorsa gözü kapalı tercih edebilirsiniz.

Esra was so very helpful and receptive. She was very detailed and her place was just perfect, clean and comfortable for all our needs. I would highly recommend her.

Todo estupendo. Estuvimos allí 3 noches y en el apartamento tienes todo lo que necesitas. Pudimos aparcar nuestro coche y disfrutar del gimnasio y la sauna. Estuvimos trabajando y el internet fue suficiente. Gracias!

All the experience was great. The location and the flat is just perfect if you need a place in this part of the city but it is also extremely close to the main subway line.

Bina toplu taşımaya çok yakındı, park yeri sorunu da yoktu. Evin içi de fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi temiz ve düzenliydi.
