You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.
