Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Herzlich Wilkommen im schönen Oberbayern! Unser neugebautes, modern eingerichtetes Vollholzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Lage in Bad Kohlgrub. Die Hörnle-Schwebebahn kann zufuß in 2 Minuten erreicht werden. Die große Terasse sowie ein eigener Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Ort selbst gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Cafés. Innsbruck, München und Augsburg sind in ca. einer Stunde erreichbar. Wir würden uns freuen Sie als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Das Chalet ist ein behaglicher Platz für Paare und Familien und grenzt direkt an unserem alten Haus. Ausstattung: SW-Terrasse mit Gartenzugang, kleine Schlafkammer, großes Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche, holzverkleidetes Wohnzimmer vor Panoramafenster, mit separater runden Essecke ganz in Holz. Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.

Blockhaus in Trins mit Aussicht und Atmosphäre

Wir vermieten unser Blockhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht und äußerst gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Es wurde liebevoll renoviert. Unseren Gästen steht zur Verfügung: großes Wohnzimmer, neue Küche, sonniger Wintergarten, Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer, Vorraum, Badezimmer, WC. Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.

Unsere schöne Ferienwohnung in den Ammergauer Alpen lädt zum Wandern und zum entspannen ein. Ob sie radeln wollen oder doch lieber wandern, für alle ist etwas dabei. Die Königsschlösser sind ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt eine Gästekarte für euch, mit der ihr kostenlos in mehreren Gemeinden parken dürft. Ihr könnt euch auch kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen, für den ganzen Aufenthalt. Dazu dürft ihr auch kostenlos Bus fahren. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)
