Check in early to this quiet, updated, cozy 2-bedroom cottage that feels like a 2nd home! Well equipped for long stays 😁!! There is ample room to park your truck with a boat attached! It’s the color green. About 10 mins drive to the Eisenhower Visitor Center, Massena Airport, and the Nicandri Nature Center. 5 mins drive to local shopping centers and downtown Massena. About 11mins drive to the Robert Moses State Park, beach & boat launch! About 37 mins from SUNY Postdam. 15min to Canada.

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. Our Guest Home is a country style, spacious, bright and clean home with wonderful views of the rural surroundings including our vineyard, farm fields, and the apple farm just around the corner. Both the Guest Home and the Winery are wheelchair accessible and there is an electric medical bed available for use.
