The house has a lovely handmade kitchen and dining area with separate dining room, complete with full size suit of armour and double-sided gas-controlled fireplace to cozy lounge/reading room. The playroom/tv room, with views over fields and woods has direct access to the patio. Possible for guests to hire a hot tub (Idle Hot Tubs).

Located in the friendly village of Brockholes near Holmfirth, accessible by train, it's perfect families and friends looking for a base for a short break. It's also a great base for working. Recently renovated, you'll find it attractive, cosy and well-equipped. The cottage sits across a cobbled courtyard from our house so we're here to help. Includes parking, fast wifi and great outdoor space. Dog friendly.

It has 2 single beds with a bathroom off the main area. Bedding and a selection of bath and hand towels are provided. There is some complementary tea, coffee and milk if requested . You have reserved parking outside the property. We are very close to Holmfirth its 5.4 miles 13 min drive
