My family of six was extremely pleased with our stay at Dean’s property. He was incredibly responsive and helpful when I was having trouble making the reservation. The home was exactly as described. Very clean. Plenty of linens and towels. My kids loved the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our experience at Frank’s Winthrop basement apartment! Exceptionally good value for the beautiful area, comfy beds & a very easy to use TV for the rainy nights :) The one thing that would have really improved this place for me personally is enhanced privacy. I would have loved to have our basement apartment door lock from the outside. I didn’t feel unsafe by any means because our entrance was locked and had a keypad we shared with the hosts but would have loved to be able to lock the apartment up while we were exploring MA. A separate entrance for guests would have been awesome too but I recognize that is a tough ask renovation wise. My husband was not bothered by it at all but once I mentioned it, he agreed.

Waking up at Tyler’s Airbnb every morning is like a dream! With the bedrooms facing the lake, the birds are singing, the lake is glittering with reflections. It is picture perfect and serene. The house is very clean and equipped with amenities that make you a very comfortable stay. Our favorite part of the place was either relaxed with a glass of wine at the sunroom or reading a book at the beautiful nook upstair overlook the lake. What a treat! We will definitely return. We had a wonderful stay at Angela’s charming cottage in Oakland Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and beautiful waterfront views. The cottage was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Angela was a wonderful host—welcoming, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay near the ocean!

This was a last minute booking for our family for a quick getaway. It’s a serene setting that gave us exactly the recharge that we needed. We very much appreciated the host’s flexibility and responsiveness.

Great cozy apartment style airbnb with an ocean view. This was very relaxing and convenient to walkable restaurants. We appreciate Ryan accommodating some of our requests too. Highly recommend.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bill’s place again. The private beach was amazing. The views were stunning and the outside well well equipped with furniture. The house itself was beautiful. Updated and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could possible need for a gourmet meal. Sometimes when we rent houses, they are poorly equipped. Not this one. It was such a relief. The neighborhood was great and the next door neighbor was very friendly. The area has a lot of restaurants and stores, so everything is close by. Bill was very communicative and quickly responded to any inquiries. He was a great host. Honestly I have nothing bad to say.

What a wonderful stay! John is a welcoming and friendly host. We were in Dartmouth for bike rides and the beach, and John had great recommendations for local spots. The house is very cozy and full of books and local art and artifacts. The location is scenic and quiet, with great stargazing at night and birdwatching during the day.
