Close to Chichester, Goodwood, Fontwell, Bognor, Arundel and Littlehampton Finders Nook, is located in a new development in Eastergate village and is in close proximity to major venues and sites for the arts, entertainment, sport and historical interest. The beaches at Pagham, Selsey, Felpham and Middleton, are a short drive away, whilst slightly further west you will find the popular West and East Wittering beaches. In addition, there are numerous country walks and cycling trails close by.

The Cabin (5 mins from Goodwood & the South Downs)

Just 5 mins from Goodwood, our cosy wooden cabin is set in the South Downs National Park, in a quiet and pretty village. Nestled in a peaceful, private spot at the edge of our garden with lovely views to the open countryside, the cabin gives a feeling of being away from it all and yet is only a 15 min drive to Chichester, a 30 min drive to the sandy beach at West Wittering and just a 3 minute stroll to the village pub. There are lots of lovely walks and cycle routes in the surrounding area.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. The Bothy, formerly ‘The Old Potting Shed’ is surrounded by the most beautiful countryside. Situated near Fittleworth in the South Downs National Park. Renovated & furnished to a high standard, it boasts many original features as well as modern comforts including a well equipped kitchen, 2 ensuite bedrooms, log burner & large outdoor space. The Bothy is ideal for a weekend escape, wedding, special occasion, walking holiday, Goodwood events & spending time with family & friends.

Nightingale Cabin

Nestled in the village of Amberley at the foot of the Downs. The hand-built, eco-friendly wood cabin is in the shaded, far corner of the 1 acre plot, facing south towards downland, across fields and a small pond where water birds gather. The cabin is full of rustic charm. It is a completely secluded and tranquil place, ideal for nature lovers and those seeking a short-term escape from the hassle and bustle of city life. It provides a perfect retreat for writers or artists.

This detached, cosy “cottage” within a working farmyard location, is nestled in the South Downs National Park. It is the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the countryside, as it is recognised for its outstanding natural beauty. We want you to feel at home, and have equipped the cottage accordingly. We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Goodwood is a short drive away.
