Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Unser Haus befindet sich in Lajen-Ried, auf 780 Höhenmetern, am sonnigen Südhang am Eingang ins Grödnertal - der idaele Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Schi- und Wanderurlaub. Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Erbacher - Renates Gründer Suite

Stadturlaub inmitten von Weinbergen am Erbacherhof in Bozen. Die gemütliche, helle Ferienwohnung „Renates Gründer Suite“ (65,5m² + 24m² Terrasse) befindet sich im ersten Stock, verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Badezimmer, eine private finnische Sauna, ein Schlafsofa, eine Terrasse, WC, Föhn, eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Besteck, Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeevollautomat. Bettwäsche, Geschirrtücher und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden.

A-Frame Cabin

Cabins situated in a quiet location on the campsite. Maximum occupancy of 2 people. Accommodation made of larch and pine wood with a double bed made of solid wood, under which there is a space for storing clothes and belongings. Bed linen provided, heating and electrical outlets. Small porch outside. Shared external bathroom (approx. 50m away), parking space approx. 100m away. Free Wi-Fi. Hairdryer available at the reception on request. ONLY one small-sized dog under 10kg allowed.

Apartment Lea

Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

El luminoso apartamento 'Bergblick - Fichte' en Villnöss/Funes destaca por su ubicación tranquila y vistas a la montaña. Con 50 m², dispone de una cocina-comedor totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, 2 dormitorios, 1 baño completo y un aseo, y tiene capacidad para 4 personas. In due minuti a piedi si raggiunge inoltre il Museo Archeologico dell’Alto Adige, dove è conservato Oetzi, l’uomo venuto dai ghiacci e siamo quindi nel cuore della città, con il suo centro storico, i suoi portici e locali caratteristici.

It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Cozy living room with fireplace and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
