Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children ages 5-11) had a wonderful stay at Gina's place. She is a responsive host. The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing and very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which is open from 6a-10p daily. We had plenty of space to spread out. Just note that Google Maps isn't able to locate the address. It will get you to the correct street outside of the gated community, so you just need to drive until you see the "Colony Cove" sign. All-in all, it's a wonderfully relaxing unit with plenty of space, extremely clean, a great view, and conveniently located.

This was our 2nd time staying in St John. This visit we brought our 6 & 4 year old with us! Stacey’s unit was everything we needed! The front desk concierge were so friendly. We actually arrived before check in and used their bathroom so we could immediately go to the beach. They offered to hold our luggage but we just kept it in our jeep rental until check in! We jumped in the pool every day, walked to dinner and ice cream every night. Her unit has a great parking spot right by the pool and elevator. Her locker of beach gear was useful for Long Beach days. The unit itself was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. The washer and dryer in the unit worked great. The beach cooler and beach towels were an added bonus for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to travel to St. John! This home offers everything you want in an airbnb. The check in was easy, the home was gorgeous and very clean, the pool was literal steps from the back door. In the morning I would clean up after breakfast while my kids & husband went to the pool, Id leave the screen door open and hear their laughter echoing through the palm trees. Walk a few steps past the pool and you are at the beach. Not crowded at all, some days we had the whole beach to ourselves It was heaven on earth. But an airbnb is only as good as its host so I must mention that Barry and Heather are TOP NOTCH. Although I have never met them they feel like friends. From local recommendations to friendly banter and interest in our family I feel like they genuinely care about their guests and that is so rare these days. I am so grateful to them for being so kind, welcoming and accommodating. One final thing the bed OMG I took a picture of the tag because I swear it is the best bed I've ever slept in. Amazing stay!!

Interior was clean,well furnished with up to date amenities. Great beachy vibe. Spent hours absorbing the amazing views while sitting comfortably drinking coffee in the mornings on the deck. Just walking distance to several eating establishments and Beach access. We highly recomend, if available you book it. We will definitely be staying with Deb at seclusions on our next trip to St Croix.

Great place to stay! The grounds were beautiful, pool was great, great beach access and great views of the sea. Everything was supplied and then some. Earl went above and beyond with supplying everything we needed. We honestly wouldn’t have to bring anything but our clothes. Check-in/out instructions and local information provided was easy to follow and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described. Great to have adjoining condos for our trip with friends. Plenty of snorkel gear, towels, etc. Sapphire Beach is absolutely beautiful. Just 5 minutes to Red Hook for our scuba trip, dinner out, and ferry to St. John. Mary is spot on with communication and thoughtful amenities. Loved it.

After a stressful few years, I was looking for a vacation home where I could relax & enjoy some quiet time to myself. This condo was exactly what I needed! I especially love that the bedroom is beachfront so I could fall asleep listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breezes. The resort crew worked hard to keep the beach & pool area clean. Most days and evenings, I had the beach and pool to myself. It definitely was not crowded at this resort. Traveling alone I sometimes worry about security but I felt completely safe and comfortable. This condo & resort truly felt like home away from home. The residents and other guests were all very nice. Although the condo is well furnished throughout, I rarely sat on the living room furniture because I spent most of time on the gallery enjoying the sites and sounds. It is always nice to have such a great experience on vacation because I know this is someplace I will gladly visit again! Thank you Eric & Shannon!

Highly recommend, this place was a GEM! Very peaceful, spacious and comfortable. The lady who helps him run the property was very friendly, hardworking and accommodating. I am going to miss her 3 dogs, especially the black one. It has a pool and is very close to pelican's cove!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

Bianca’s place is so much more than described. Impecable, confortable and modern. The only table we didn’t use was the indoor dinning table. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. We cooked most of the time and everything we needed was there . Worth every penny. You wake up and go to sleep to soft waves on the beach. Best snorkeling in the entire island as far as I’m concerned. Absolutely loved it there !

This home was well appointed and very comfortable for our family of six. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and stores and felt very safe doing so. The kitchen was well stocked and they had plenty of beach accessories available too. Absolutely loved the view. It was stunning!

The place is just a 15 min walk to Megan's Bay but be warned that the walk is on the side of the road and there isn't a side walk but it was doable. Our AC broke the first night but they were able to get us a new room and the property is stunning with amazing views. Northside grind is a great place to get breakfast/lunch and the bar and grill on the property is good as well. Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!

This was our first time staying in St.John. The place was perfect and the view was amazing. The complex is gated, private, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, deck, playing pool, talking to the concierge, and drinks- there is a chef but didnt get a chance to use. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler also came in handy. We spent our days on hikes and at the beaches. Every trail ends at a great beach (Brown, Reef, and Ram- our favorite hikes)! Evenings we had dinner in cruz bay. Many places do allow for reservations. If you hike make sure you bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, and good shoes. We snorkled at all the beaches. We used the markets to buy groceries-the room has microwave fridge with a freezer! We did have a jeep which I would recommend if staying here and wanting to get around the island. We walked to town once but the roads are steep. The host was awesome and I look forward to planning a return trip!

I usually don't give reviews but this one was perfect! Close to red hook and the property itself is exactly what we needed in a vacation home. Everything was well thought out.

Great Location! It took us a little bit of time to find the location. It’s right next to St. Thomas’s yacht club. Once we arrived and checked in, we were pleasantly surprised it looked just like the photos. Me and My Husband stood 30 days. This is the first time I stayed at an Airbnb. I am so thrilled we did. The convenience of having a kitchen, a washer and dryer the freedom to come and go as you please. Nathan’s project manager Brittany was wonderful and took care of any mishap that will occur. The beds were extremely comfortable. He had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Thank you again so much, Nathan. We definitely will be back in the future. You can’t beat the Location . the restaurants and so many attractions are endless .

We enjoyed the lovely views and the peaceful, welcoming neighbors. My only complaint was that the beds were really firm, which isn't my preferred kind of mattress.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved waking up to those gorgeous ocean views and appreciated how conveniently located it was to so many incredible beaches. Mindy was such a responsive and thoughtful host, which made our trip all the more enjoyable. We truly hope to return someday and would happily stay at her place again.

Staying at You and Me by the Sea was an incredible experience! Shannon was very responsive to any questions and was a great host. She gave recommendations before our arrival and let us check in early as well. The view from the balcony is SPECTACULAR and can be seen from the bedroom and living room area. I would definitely recommend having a car on the island, as the house is located on a steep hill. The location is perfect if you’re looking to visit St. John, as the ferry is right down the hill! There are also many beautiful beaches right in the area. I would recommend staying here, as it is a great spot and Shannon is a great host!

I can not say enough good things about this place! I truly want to keep it to myself so it doesn't get booked up but this is a true gem. Relaxation at it's finest and best location. Everything that you might need is here and so much attention to detail. The bed is comfortable, the towels are soft and such wonderful, attentive hosts from the time we booked until we left. I would stay here again, most definitely.
