One of our off-site properties, River Park Lodge overlooks the Sabinal River just south of Utopia Park Lake. This 4 bed, 2 bath home has a big porch, hot tub and 300 feet of private river frontage. A fully stocked kitchen, nice living area, along with hardwood floors make this house extremely inviting! Linens and towels are provided. 3 rooms have queen beds, and the 4th has two bunks each with full mattresses. There will be a $110 cleaning fee added to your reservation. NO PETS ALLOWED

There is a smart TV connected to DIRECTV in the living room and internet access. It has a front porch with outdoor BBQ pit, picnic table and great views. Each cabin has an additional patio out back with magnificent views. If you’re traveling with a bigger party, ask us about booking multiple cabins together.
