It was a great stay with Bruce (our dog) at Nerissa’s pace. Nerissa communicated proactively and is a warm host. Tukaram is the local caretaker of the property who is sweet and non-intrusive. He came at the main cross road when we couldn’t find the exact turn. The property is spread out and well fenced which is great for pets off leash. The property can do with few cosmetic additions. Apart from that it’s a great stay with your pets zooming in the area off leash.

Nice house in a secluded, peaceful area. Great place to get away for a few days. The hosts and caretakers are very friendly, polite and helpful.

This listing is at a great location. The crew just needs to ensure that it is clean as the listing was dusty and dirty when we checked in. One of the bathrooms was noticeably dirty. Once informed, the caretaker cleaned up the place. Also we were surprised to find no stove or hot plate induction to warm up food or even make tea/ coffee. This needs to be specified in the listing. Overall, the hot tub was functioning well, there was hot water on demand in the bathrooms and the caretaker were extremely helpful in arranging the bbq, bonfire and cleaning up the place . Kudos and hopefully the management makes some improvements on the basis of our recommendations! Thank you, Aditya

Absolutely mind-blowing experience! We stayed at this beautiful villa in Igatpuri for just one night, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff and the manager made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality. The villa itself was stunning – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with every detail taken care of. The level of privacy was perfect, making it an ideal getaway for our family. We enjoyed every bit of our stay – from relaxing in the peaceful surroundings to bonding over meals and spending quality time together. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and create beautiful memories with loved ones. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The place is a green abode visited with friends found it very huge & welcoming Loved the pool surrounded by trees the villa has a beautiful ambiance the hall has big French windows which gives a very open airy feeling every room has big glass windows overlooking the greens or the pool outside the bathrooms were very clean the care taker r a sweet Nepali couple, evening was cold and pleasant it felt like a hill station, the food was super delicious we had opted for a package with food the kitchen was also v neat and clean food was served in the kitchen, there r hammocks to laze around, plenty of parking space, the property is very private and secured as we realised that once guest chk in main gates r closed and no one is allowed inside till the guest r there, over all we had a lot of fun and will definitely recommend the place overall it’s a tinge of nature mixed with luxury, am really thankful to the owner Ehtesham ji and his team for making sure every little detail is taken care off!!

A Perfect Farmstay experience for my son's 3rd Birthday celebrations! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful farm stay for my son's 3rd Birthday celebration and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality by Shyam (caretaker) and team and made to feel right at home. The farmhouse is a delightful mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. There’s also a lovely outdoor area where we enjoyed the peaceful mornings with a cup of chai, taking in the serene atmosphere. It has something for everyone - open green lawns, kids play area, beautiful swimming pool with a toddler's pool. One of the highlights of this stay was the dragonfruit farm! My parents and in-laws had a great time taking morning strolls exploring the plantations and the wide variety of fruiting plants/ trees. The caretakers arranged for a barbeque (paid) and were very helpful throughout our stay.

The spacious house comfortably accommodates families and is fully equipped. It is ideally suited for those seeking a tranquil nature retreat away from urban environments.

Really good experience. Shalini and Max were very accommodative and clear. Location is incredible amongst nature and the caretaker does a fantastic job in taking care of you. Must visit!
