Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Our home is 7 years old includes a large open kitchen and living room area with a gas fireplace. Also, enjoy a cozy 4 season porch with wood burning fireplace along with an 8 person all season Jacuzzi and large private patio.
