Located within the historic Leoni Palace, dating back to the 14th century, Casa Manina sul Ponte is a luxurious and pictoresque 75 sqm apartment. Positioned at the canal bridge level. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a compact bathroom with shower and premium amenities. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. In giardino, la zona barbecue con gazebo è a disposizione per grigliare e rilassarsi nel verde. Non mancano l'orto con gli alberi da frutto e le galline per provare il sapore della vita di campagna.

Da qui si può facilmente ammirare in tutta la sua bellezza il volo del gheppio nella vallata antistante, che ha ispirato il nome dell’alloggio. L’alloggio è uno spazio open space comprensivo di zona giorno e zona notte con bagno privato dotato di una doccia idromassaggio. L’ingresso all’alloggio è indipendente a partire dal parcheggio privato in condivisione.
