The property was stunning, immaculately finished, fully equipped, and in an unbeatable location just steps from the beach. Easy walk to a great local restaurant too. The host was very helpful and made everything smooth from start to finish. Our group of 10, spanning all ages from young kids to grandparents, had a fantastic short break. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

Thank you Karen for a very special family weekend at the beautiful Salt Shack. We felt completely at home from the minute we arrived, especially with your thoughtful welcome gifts! We loved the design, accessibility and relaxing decor, both inside and out and and all round could not have asked for a better experience. We really look forward to visiting again!

We had a lovely stay at Carey's place. The flat was clean, comfortable and warm, with plenty of space. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and the little outside space was a fabulous sun trap. We found it to be fairly quiet, despite the close proximity to a takeaway. The flat is in a great location, within easy reach of the shore / beach walks and a short drive to the new forest. Carey was a great host, providing plenty of information ahead of the visit and also providing an extensive welcome folder. We would love to return when visiting friends in the area again in the future.

Had a lovely stay in a beautiful static caravan. Everythjng was clean and tidy. Its not just an empty house there were things in there for everyone to enjoy such as a dolls house and board games. We were told we were welcome to use anything. There were all the kitchen essientials and more ready and available for use aswel as tea and coffee. We could tell roxanne puts alot of effort into looking after her guests. Only stayed 2 nights wish we were there longer. The perfect little get away. And very wrll cared for and looked after Thanks Roxanne!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home on the Isle of Wight. The house is very new and in a great location — just a short walk to the beach! We stayed as a family with kids and our dog, and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were tidy, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The heating and WiFi worked perfectly. We’d definitely love to come back again next time!

We had a great Easter in this lovely apartment. It was beautifully kitted out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, just minutes from the beach and it also has a couple of great restaurants and coffee shops within a 10minute walk. Perfect location for our family stay. The site and amenities were fab, right on the beach with gorgeous coastal walk. Super location to get around and explore the island as there is so much to do. Caravan was homely, clean and very reasonably priced. Caron was an exceptional host, very responsive and super kind leaving Easter eggs and mascots for the kids. It was perfect and we will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Definitely would revisit. Great location, especially for my parents who are limited in how far they can walk before needing a breather. Place was cosy for 6 of us, but never too much under each other's feet. Evenings, all warm and cosy especially with the fire.

Stayed at Helen's holiday home near the sea for a week - I could have stayed longer! Perfect location, both in terms of the New Forest (walkable distance to the beach/sea and not far from other local attractions) and location in the caravan park itself (two minutes one way is a good sized playground my five year old happily made lots of use of, two minutes the other way you are at reception, pool (again, used plenty), restaurant, etc). The home was plenty big enough for the three of us, its comfortable, has everything you might need (sharp knives in the kitchen - unheard of in a rental!) and a spacious deck out front (we didn't unfortunately make use of the deck as although sunny our stay was early in the season so quite windy). Helen was really helpful before our stay and was quick enough to answer any questions I had. I would happily recommend Helen's home (and the site as a whole) and am hoping she will allow us to come stay again sometime.

amazing few days at the holiday park weather ok sat on veranda in the sun at what a sun trap it is. holiday home spotless in a lovely quiet part of the park near the gate to the beach 15 min walk. We cooked and everything was there we needed to make a decent meal, the restaurant on the site did takeaway service very good.Great nights sleep on comfortable beds, both bathrooms were fantastic size, plenty of storage, kitchen fitted out brilliantly everything there you need. Will definitely be coming back.

ideal in every way. the van was pristine as well as comfy and homely. the site was also friendly and well maintained with a fab pool and bar/restaurant. easy walk to the beach as well as a great pub! literally planning our return! thank you so much! xxx

Woodlands is absolutely outstanding!! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The house is STUNNING. Beautifully furnished, 6 gorgeous big double rooms, incredible kitchen living space with every gadget/crockery/cutlery you could need. They had left some super thoughtful welcome gifts and there’s loads of herbs and spices which makes the world of difference if you’re cooking every day like we did. Everything is state of the art and top quality from the heating system to the spacious bathrooms. And there’s an abundance of everything - toiletries, towels, bath mats, hair dryers. There’s a lovely garden with a summer house with a football table which the kids loved. Annie and her lovely father were welcoming and responsive. The area is stunning, right by the beach with a wonderful restaurant on the doorstep. We honestly couldn’t fault it. We will be back!! Thank you Annie!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We found the house to be impeccably clean and comfortable. The large hot tub seemed brand new and the dart board and pool table were put to good use. TVs in all bedrooms. Very well stocked kitchen with high quality pans etc. lovely American fridge with ice/crushed ice and cold water. Great location. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

We had a wonderful week at Antonia’s gorgeous house. It was our second visit, and we would happily come again next year. The house is huge, comfortable and stylish, with a great kitchen and garden. It’s in such a great location - a few minutes to both the beach and the village. Really special place to stay and we felt very well looked after.
