THANK YOU to Meridian Condo Resorts for saving my vacation. Another mgmt company (Synergy, Hosteeva, Arizona Vacation Rentals...they go by multiple names) canceled on us a day before we were arriving in AZ, without giving us an actual reason. So after the craziness of dealing with the other company, Meridian fit us in last minute and made us feel very welcome. Meridian's communication is, by far, the best I've ever experienced with any Airbnb. They replied almost immediately and were always bright and cheery. The condo itself is clean, spacious, & stocked with tons of amenities. Beds were comfy. The gym, pools, & hot tubs were clean. The pickleball courts and dog park were a nice touch. The location, walking distance to the Commons & Quarters, was very convenient. Quick drive to anything else. The mid-stay cleaning & restocking service (we stayed 3 wks) was a great surprise. Even if this condo is not available, you can't go wrong with any Meridian property. Hope to be back!

This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and access, and seemed to be centrally located. The pool and fitness center were great too.

Stayed in Scottsdale for for bike week. The location was excellent and everything was close and within walking distance definitely would consider staying there again.

I have had the pleasure to book twice. I look for this listing everytime when I visit Mayo Clinic. Very quiet. Well stocked with extras in case you forget something. Always clean. Host provides effective and constant communication. Always responsive. Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms that are separated by the living area for extra privacy. Pictures match the listing.

We read Robins reviews and they were spot on! Great location outside of downtown Sedona. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Had a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Robin was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Her place is spotless and had all of the extras. The bed was comfy and we liked the set up of the place. The covered parking was right next to the ground floor condo. We would highly recommend Robins place

Tancy is an above and beyond excellent host! The condo is in a perfect location and is extremely clean. Tancy responds extremely fast and is very helpful. I left an important item in the condo and she immediately was there to help and shipped out my item. I highly recommend staying with Tancy!

The apartment is very clean and has lovely/comfortable furniture. A lot of thought went into the space and it shows. We had three people stay and felt right at home. Host gave clear instructions and was helpful

Great location for our Spring Training vay-cay. Nicely decorated with all needed amenities. Sara is a great host and communicated very well. Lined the dedicated parking space as well.

Marcie’s place was just what we needed for our weeklong visit to Scottsdale. A bonus was the pool that was right across from the unit. Had a hot tub and very well appointed with lounge, chairs, and seating areas. Very peaceful!

Nice and clean. Very quiet and chill spot. Everything explained clearly in check in and check out instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Location! Easy access to many restaurants and downtown Scottsdale Beautiful surroundings and decent community pool. Pool could have had cleaner bottom but the space with grill and spa was perfect The place was excellent except for very small bathroom access. The hot water for shower was set to just warm, not hot but adequate for our needs Laundry area was a great perk since we stayed 9 days and brought limited clothing to lighten our suitcases

Loved staying here! So close to amazing restaurants like Butterfly Burger and Cucina Rustica. Easy to get to hiking trails and not far from downtown Sedona.

Everything was clean and the place was perfect for me and my son to stay in while in town for a baseball tournament. If we come to this tournament again next year, we would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here. I wish check in was earlier and checkout what the same time as check in. Other than that it was a beautiful stay.

Had a couple minor issues however host was very quick to respond. Nice and clean, the only drawback is pillowcases and pillows. You might want to bring your own. Comfortable bed and great location. Pretty much everything you need to spend a couple weeks.

My wife and I and one of our adult daughters stayed at the condo. for my wife and I, it was the second stay in this condo in just over a year. It has everything to offer and the surroundings are beautiful. We made many walks around the lake sometimes twice a day. It is well stocked and has everything you need to create meals on site. Kate was a wonderful host and we had a wonderful stay! Location is perfect! The pools were awesome to have in the heat as well! The only tough part, is that the connected neighbor spent a lot of time smoking and the smell leaked into the condo quite a bit. Not a big deal if you don’t mind the smell of weed but with a 7 month old we were a little bummed having to navigate leaving the air bnb during those times. Kate does have an air purifier in the main living area which helped. Overall, a great stay and the smell was not the hosts fault and she is taking precautions to try to alleviate the issue!

Michelle's place was perfect for checking out nearby amenities like the golf courses and Old Town. It was clean, easygoing, and we enjoyed the pool too. She was also very accommodating in our extending/changing the booking which was helpful. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future! Thanks Michelle!!

Stayed during April 2025: This AirBnB was exactly what I was looking for. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants, bars, and shops that you can walk to. Also plenty of stores nearby to get groceries/necessities. The pool was our favorite; very clean and had sunny areas all day long. And the AirBnB isn’t far from the pool area. The AirBnB was pretty clean and organized, and was stocked with coffee, kitchen necessities, toiletries, and more. The balcony was great as well. I tried using the mobile app to unlock the door but mine wasn’t working, thankfully there is also a code option (but ended up to not matter since the door was actually unlocked on our arrival), but there is a key inside that you can also use during your stay or the lock code the host provides. Overall extremely happy with our stay and will definitely use this same AirBnB when we come back if it’s available!!
