Ian was actively communicative and attentive to responding. It was very easy to find the location and was a beautiful a home. A great place to stay!

The house was great! Had everything we needed! Made us feel right at home. Great location within a beautiful area! We also enjoyed the sweet oranges off the orange tree out back!! Host was very quick to respond with any questions we had and gave clear instructions on check in and out process and accommodations. We were very pleased and recommend this house!

We really enjoyed our stay at your house this past week while visiting our son and his family, who live nearby. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, and the home was perfect—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the good-sized kitchen and large dining room table. We also appreciated the large yard and the fun mini golf course. Brandi was a wonderful host—responsive and made sure everything was just right. We’d happily stay here again next time we’re in town!

Wonderful spot, within easy walking distance of Old Town and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable, with many extra touches, and a nice, bright kitchen. It was perfect for our stay while I attended the Verde Valley Bird Festival at Dead Horse Ranch State Park, which was only a couple of miles away. Very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for our family graduation. Great location to get around anywhere in Phoenix. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever back in Phoenix. Thanks Amanda!

Our stay at the Citrus Cove home was perfect. The home was just what our family needed to relax and reconnect. The house has so much offer with everything you need for family game nights and meals if you want to stay in. The location is optimal with Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Chandler being a short drive away. It is also in a friendly and walkable neighborhood.

Stayed at this Airbnb with several friends for a golf trip, and we had an amazing time! The Airbnb had everything we needed and more. The backyard pool + hot tub were our favorites. The Airbnb was also in a great area close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and coffee shops. Loved our stay!

Thanks for the stay! We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy home for our family of 4. We appreciate the hospitality for our furry friends too! The house had just about everything we needed, the outdoor area was used quite a bit and we were nearby several of our frequented locations. Definitely would stay again!

We loved everything about our stay. It was great having a pool & hot tub which made for some relaxing days in the sun. We were able to do many hikes from the house to South Mountain since it’s only a short distance from the house. We felt very much at home with all the amenities for cooking & the barbecue in the back yard. Calin was super responsive & accommodated all our needs.

Easy and comfortable. Katie was very accommodating when the place was clean we were able to check in. Few hours early and check out a few hours late which made it so we didn’t have to sit at the airport to kill time. - thanks for a wonderful stay!

Darolyn is the bomb!!! We drove 1800 miles with a dually truck, trailer, motorcycles and our large dog. Darolyn’s communication from the beginning was exceptional. She explained how parking would work and there were no surprises! Her place was PERFECT for us! We have a Neapolitan Mastiff and she was right at home. We brought her kennel and set that up in the living room. It worked really well. Our dog easily learned how to use the doggy door and loved it. FYI, there’s a huge dog park a couple miles away on Carver Rd. We went there everyday. Our dog will miss the new friends she made 🐾 The beds were so comfortable and I loved having a TV in the larger one. The shower head was delightful and the pressure was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in the kitchen. It was well stocked and accessible. Loved having a washer and dryer available and use of one side of the garage. The patio was very comfortable and the privacy blinds were great at night. Thank you Darolyn!!

My family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The place was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi and the several games/activities at the house. There were plenty of small extras not advertised which made us feel like we were at our own house. Small parks within walking distance. Next time I’m headed to Phoenix, I’ll check this place for availability before looking anywhere else.

We loved the location. The backyard was just the escape we needed. There are two kayaks provided and we had a blast with the kids going down the "rapids". The house is very nice and spacious. The appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is fully stocked. The two fireplaces are wonderful. My only complaint is the outside cushions were not on and the outdoor furniture was not clean.

I have chosen this property two years in a row because it has proven to meet my needs.

My family stayed a month while waiting to move into our house, and enjoyed the convenience of the location and the private cul-de-sac.

Ann was very communicative. The private patio space has a beautiful view where we enjoyed the March snow on the hills. We heard her two dogs at different times throughout our stay. Ann’s place had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Karlee’s place. The home, patio and yard were extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything you might need. My dog enjoyed the fenced yard and we spent lovely evenings in the comfortable patio chairs. Karlee was lovely and went above and beyond when I discovered I had left something after departure. I will seek Karlee’s home again when we return to the area. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the responsiveness from our host - outstanding! We had a personal problem while we were booked at this location and the hosts went over and beyond to help us. Will definitely book this property again in the not to distant future. Thank you again. Highly recommended place to stay! 🙂

The Casita suited us to a tee. Just the right amount of everything. Privacy wall allowed our small dod access to the outside. Very comfortable. Hosts were wonderful.
