This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Take it easy and make yourself right at home in our woodsy cabin tucked away in the Cold Hollow Mountains. As you head down the drive, let your worries fade away - you’re now on cabin time. Relax in the clawfoot tub after a day of travel or prepare a home-cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen. When morning comes, enjoy your coffee while cozied up in front of the fireplace. Or simply stay in bed and admire the view. With plenty of land to explore, a hike is always welcome. The choice is yours!

Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

Located on the west side of the lake off a quiet private drive with almost 100ft of lake frontage, there are few spots with a better view. Badger Cottage offers a true rustic Vermont experience nestled in the woods with spectacular views and a quiet and peaceful ambiance. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier
