Serendipity on the Water is a two bedroom, one bath apartment on the Indian River. It is great for kids and adults, who love sitting on the dock watching the wildlife both in and out of the water. The road in front of the house is great for walking, jogging, and biking as it has a 20 mph speed limit. The apartment shares one wall with the main house, but is completely private. There is a laundry room in the shed behind the house with a washer and dryer for guest use only.
