A wonderfully restful and comfortably spacious place to stay on the beach in Laborie. Nestled amongst a small friendly community of local people who were both kind and helpful. Local amenities were within easy reach and it is not difficult to explore other places in St Lucia.

This apartment is perfect for solo or couple travelers. Cyrus greets you and brings you around back to the apartment. The pathway is a bit tricky with stairs and uneven slope, but he helps you with your luggage. The semi-private patio was a great spot for morning coffee, reading a book, or catching up on emails. The front room worked well for us as digital nomadic travelers. At night, we used the sitting room with love seat and large TV to watch a few movies on Netflix. A grocery is close by (driving) to buy essentials for your stay. We found the bedroom to be comfy, especially with the air conditioning, the only room that has it. The kitchen is quite large and had everything we needed. The bathroom was perfect, especially the shower. We had a very nice stay here and recommend this property if you want a quiet stay in St. Lucia away from crowds.

Oma was a fantastic host, communicating clearly both before and during our stay. We had already been on the island for a week, and he kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage and some food before the official check-in time, as we had to leave our previous villa at noon—this was incredibly helpful. A welcome meal was also prepared for us, which was a thoughtful touch, and the portions were very generous. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, plenty of storage, and efficient air conditioning. The bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. There are several areas to relax around the property, and having our own pool was a real highlight—plus, the view from the villa is absolutely wonderful. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you might need. We’d definitely consider booking again when we return to St. Lucia.

Azura has a great view over the bay, especially at sunset! It is a nice convenient place to access. Laborie is a small town with a very local feel….you should be prepared for rustic and simple. The house has the basic kitchen items and is functional. Myrna is a responsive host but it is her friend in residence, Carlyle who is on-site and very attentive and lovely

Firstly I want to say that our Hosts were amazing and by far the best I’ve encountered on all my stays . I could write a whole review on just how great they were. 10/10. The property is so pretty and charming and the imagination on every part or the property in and out is so impressive. Like others have mentioned the humming birds and Coal the dog who seems to be one of the hosts as well . He would always follow me wait for me to have my dinner at the restaurant and then walk me home . I know he does this for all his guests but still can’t help making you feel special. I would ofcourse recommend this property but I did see the hosts other place the tree house that I would definitely try to book if this place wasn’t available. AMAZING

The Villa was exactly what I wanted for my trip. It’s very close to the airport via taxi, and you can walk into Vieux Fort as well. Brigitte was a kind and accommodating hostess, and she is easily one of the nicest people I have ever met. She recommended great restaurants and locations to visit. The property has an amazing view, and the Villa was a very cozy place to stay; the bed was very comfy and the AC kept the room perfectly cool despite the humidity outside. She made an amazing breakfast for my first morning there, and I had the opportunity to have coffee with several of her friends a couple times during my stay. I have no complaints at all. Highly recommend staying with Brigitte and her sweet dogs, Billy and Heidi!

My family and I are regulars at Chique Retreat! It has truly become a home away from home. Beverlyn’s home is beautiful, and the hospitality that she offers is top notch. We just love it here..
