Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy bedrooms, and fresh bed linens and towels - all you need to bring are your personal belongings! :) Our favourite spot? House is situated in very quiet location near the wood, just 3 km from center of Pula and 2 km from the beach (both few minutes by car or bike). It has 800 m2 of yard which is fenced. In the yard children can enjoy 3 m wide trampoline, swings and slides. House is completely new, new equipped and modern decorated. Your days will begin with the chirping of birds and ends relaxing in whirlpool for 6 people with stereo, with a view of the starry sky. House has three bedrooms, two bathroom, living room, large equipped kitchen, dining room and large terrace. Two bedrooms have double bed and the third has bunk bed. Both bathrooms have shower and in large bathroom are also tub, bidet and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other necessary things. In living room is comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy in smart tv, hifi or wireless internet. Complete house is covered with a cooling devices that will make your stay enjoyable. In terrace is table with six chairs, football table and in backyard are barbecue, shower and whirlpool. We offer in price 4 bikes. If you want spend your holiday with family, relaxing or being active, our house is ideal for you :) The whole villa with yard (including whirlpool, barbecue, trampoline,...) is only for you.

Apartment on mezzanine floor (55 m2) consists of a bedroom (sleeps 2), living room (with sofabed - also sleeps 2), kitchen , hallway, bathroom and a small balcony. Parking is free around the apartment building and on the surrounding streets but cannot be reserved. Tucked away from tourist crowds but with beaches and city centre/old town all within walking distance.

Viridis is a 4 stars studio apartment in a house and it has a huge private garden, a jacuzzi, a terrace with BBQ and a beautiful view to the woods. It is a perfect destination for those who search privacy and a quiet green place for relaxing. Our guests are provided by 2 bikes, a pikado and a table tennis. The nearest beach distes 1km and market too. You can reach amazing beaches in 5 -8 min by car and the old Pula city centar in 5 min. The apartment is very new. Come and enjoy :)
