This beautiful holiday home is located on the south side of the island of Vis, in the village of Marinje Zemlje, 8 km from the town of Vis and 12 km from the town of Komiža, above the beach Stiniva. In the surrounding area there are also beaches Mala Travna, Smrićevica, Srebrena. The house is in a row of three, with a private entrance and a fenced terrace. Parking is private and free, as is wi-fi. The house has an outdoor heated pool and a spacious court with a secluded sunbathing area.

This lovely 60 m2 apartment has 3 floors, 2 rooms, 2 bads (200x160), sofa , 1 bathroom with washing machine and kitchen with dishwasher. There are ceiling fan on the ground floor and air conditioner on the first floor and second floor. Please contact me few days before arrival to confirm your arrival time!

Heritage Stone House • in Center • Spacious

This historic stone house is in the 2nd roll from the waterfront. It is at the town center close to everything and town beach, but in a quiet area. This house was built in the 17th century. We completely and carefully restored it in 2024, and gave it a east-meet-west embience. It a charming house instead of a generic B&B. It is comfortable and spacious home for a relaxing holiday. And yes, you can enjoy the harbour view just a few steps from the house.

Velo Grablje - Rustic country house on island Hvar

The house is an integral part of the complex of three separate rustic residential units on whose ground floor is a famous tavern. The property is completely renovated and consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, separate living room, a bathroom and an outdoor terrace equipped with a barbecue and a sun loungers space. All rooms and living area are equipped with air conditioning. There are bike trails in the vicinity of the village.

Apartman Knezovic

A mixture of vintage and modern comfort, the apartment (Holiday House) in the heart of Old Town, located next to the sea and away from the town beach 10 min walk. In 2018, on the second floor we arranged a small night-time toilet for greater comfort. For the summer of 2019, we offer our guests an air conditioner in all the rooms in the house. From 2021, we offer our guests private, free of charge on street parking for one car some 200m from house.

The apartment is set in a beautiful and tranquil bay Parja, about 3,5km outside of town. Steps down to the private deck on the sea. Great location for relaxing, swimming, walking, and cycling. Old house in the center of the old part of town hidden in the privacy of a small stone Dalmatian street. Werry quiet neighborhood. Within a minute walk of the waterfront, marina, restaurant, grocery store, fish market, park with children's playground and bus station. You have ten minutes walking to the beach, or you can take a taxi boat to take you to one of the many coves.
