We loved our stay here! So peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was a perfect end to our days of exploring! Great location for Hawaii's Volcano National Park, Black Sand and Green Sand beaches and sites in Hilo. Would love to stay here again sometime!

We loved our stay at this peaceful home in a tropical forest. It had everything you could need and was so comfortable. Peggy was great with communication and instructions and any questions that you may have. It was perfect being so close to Volcano National Park. We hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you for such a great experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Liz's cabin in Volcano. The cabin was spacious and beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice. We liked how there were ample spices for cooking the beautiful Ono we picked up at Costco. We especially liked the wood stove which we used for small fires in the morning to take the chill out of the air. It was great being so close to the park. On our last night, Kileuea erupted unexpectedly. Being less than 10 minutes away from the viewpoint was awesome. We also loved the privacy and tranquility along with the musicality of the tree frogs at night and birds in the morning.

We came to Big Island to enjoy calm and recharge. Eliot's place offers just like that as his house is spacious and plenty of space between properties with peaceful surroundings. because the home sits in a large ground in suburb of Hilo. Downtown Pahoa is close so you can dine out and get shopping done easily if you want. Eliot is kind and smart owner to take care of home and our needs. He was always responsive and come back with a solution for our questions.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our host was super responsive, so incredibly nice, checked in several times during the week, and had great recommendations for an off the beaten path waterfall to swim in, or a beach close by, when we asked for recommendations. The property is STUNNING and the house had every amenity we could have needed. When we had questions or issues she responded to messages within minutes and was onsite within the hour to show us how to do the things she recommended. Would love to come stay again!

We had an incredible stay in Volcano, Hawaiʻi! The home was cozy, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature, making it the perfect peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Volcanoes National Park (which was just minutes away). The host was welcoming, responsive, and provided thoughtful touches throughout the home—everything from local guidebooks to fresh coffee. We especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the lanai while listening to the sounds of nature. If you’re looking for a serene, unique experience close to the park, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Steve’s place is truly a hidden gem nestled right in the heart of Volcano National Park. From the moment we arrived, Steve was incredibly welcoming and shared fantastic tips to help us explore the park and the surrounding natural beauty. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed — the kitchen was fully stocked, and our family felt completely at home. We especially loved waking up to the sounds of chirping birds and relaxing by the peaceful pond right in front of the house. If we ever find ourselves back in Volcano, we’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much, Steve!

We only stayed one night at this cozy, comfortable home. Everything was clean and all of the cabinets had labels making it easy to find what we needed. The home is in a great location. We enjoyed pur short stay so much and will definitely stay there again.
