Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Στούντιο με θέα τον Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και τους πρόποδες του Ταΰγετου. Κατάλληλο για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αφού βρίσκεται στην παραλία Καλαμάτας! Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.

Το σπίτι είναι περιτριγυρισμένο από έλατα και έχει μια πανέμορφη θέα στα γύρω βουνά. Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και παραδοσιακά διακοσμημένο.
